Decent hotel but needs a refurb in the next couple of years. Food good.
Lovely venue for a party. Staff were pleasant and the facilities clean. A great place to hire.
Lovely hotel excllent staff great value
Was at hotel for a wedding reception. Really nice place inside food was good for the wedding meal and the hall inside was perfect at night for the evening guests arriving. Might not appeal to everyone but definitely worth a look.
The Park Hotel, Kilmarnock has a bright, friendly staff and a pleasant open lounge with quality light meals and cakes to ensure you feel a bit spoiled! . The dining area is likewise bright, comfortable with very good quality food and service. Bedrooms are spacious, comfortable beds and again bright, pleasant, homely atmosphere. There is plenty of parking spaces, no problems here. In fact The Park has an atmosphere and friendly service that will please guests, overnight or just "pop in" for a cuppa and snacks visitors, that will have them come back again!

Good venue. I've been here for conferences, functions, breakfast networking events and dining. The staff have always been helpful, the facilities good and there's plenty of parking.
Great meeting and conference facilities. A projector with a bulb running out was very quickly replaced. Great staff, good catering. I've used several times now for the communications training and consultancy I deliver and it's always first class.
Nice spacious rooms, good business hotel however restaurant frequently runs out of items on the menu and should order according to the volume of guests
