Do not get croissants here- ordered one, arrived black on one side, got another- still burnt but this ones cheese was still hard inside? It takes a special kind of stupid to burn and undercook something. How did they manage to mess up 2 crossaints is beyond me. And when we asked for the money back after the second disaster we didnt even get a "sorry". Very dissapointing cause i used to love this place very much...

Full of screaming little darlings. Long wait when I went on a Sunday afternoon. Baby changing is only in the ladies' toilet. Difficult if you are a father especially when the women in the queue won't let you queue jump in an emergency

I was at a charity afternoon tea yesterday and the food was wonderful , two of my friends were gluten free and the selection of food they received was amazing , well done to everyone , will be back very very soon x

Nice coffee and treats. Up market prices and at lunch time tends that I see to attract mum and children

A Must to try. Admittedly it was nearly 10 years ago I was there, but never in my life have I had a cup of coffee at once incredibly weak and terribly bitter. A rare achievement on inglorious proportions
