An art gallery just a few blocks from the hotel that we recommend. ArTay is well worth a visit when you come to Perth Festival. Book you stay for this great event.
Lucky to be part of this great city. Come and visit. #perthlovefest #perthistheplace

How's that for a pink wall?! Just one of our luxurious new bathrooms which have been installed over Christmas!
We had a delightful Valentine's dinner here on Saturday night. We were given lovely little extras such as a Kir Royale and a wee limoncello with chocolates to finish. Beautifully furnished hotel and restaurant. Everything was immaculate and staff were very friendly. Food was delicious and great value. Also a super range of wines! We really enjoyed our evening and will definitely be back!
We could eat here every Friday!!! Our starters chicken pate and risotto were both delicious. For main we both decide to try cod with mussel pokora and we didn't regret our decision. Service was very professional. See you soon as we definitely will be back try more this delicious food you offer.
Lovely lunch here today. Good was excellent and staff very attentive...the glass of bubbles with the Sunday lunch was cherry on the top!
Lovely hotel. Rooms are really nice, well decorated and spacious with a good sized bathroom. Rooms have everything you need including an umbrella. (Which we never needed) . Callum and Scott are both very welcoming. Nothing was a bother. Breakfast is great with loads of choices. We had dinner on the Saturday night and it was superb. Both meals served with a smile. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. So central. Parked up the car and could walk to the centre of Perth.
I can honestly say this is the best meal I have had in quite a while. Food was excellent, menus choice very different and service with a smile. Staff all very friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Only constructive criticism I would make is we had steak and with the plate directly on the marble table top, it was sliding all over the table whilst trying to cut the steak. Maybe table mats might be an idea. Also steak knives would have been better. All in all, an excellent anniversary dinner. Highly recommended!
Highly recommend this dog friendly hotel. Very accommodating! Friendly and helpful service, fantastic breakfast. The beautiful terrace gardens lead onto the South Inch Park. Situated 2 minutes from the train station, although private parking free of charge. The rooms were Lovely, fresh and clean. Also you can make the most of being situated next to the city centre. We will definitely be back!
Had a delightful overnight DBB deal and Scott, Calum and Anka went out their way to make our stay brilliant. Food was great and the guys were very attentive and professional.....would highly recommend it.....only point I would suggest is to have BEANS as a selection on the Breakfast Menu.
Chris & Allison :)
Great wee hotel with free car park, walking distance to town, fabby breakfast and no problem being gluten free, lovely comfy bed and good facilities, nice bar and friendly staff. Recommend. Stayed here a few years ago. Will be back again.
From the moment we walked into the Parkland, we were made to feel very welcome and that included our dog too.
Every member of staff we encountered spoke to us, in a polite, professional but still friendly manner and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay and will be back.
Fantastic wedding day at Parklands. A huge thank you to all the staff for being so helpful- 1st class service. Food was amazing and you all helped to make our day perfect.
Enjoyed our 1 night stay for Dinner, Bed and Breakfast very much. Excellent Food, lovely staff and beautiful room. Will return !
We had a 5pm deal which included an overnight for 2 with breakfast and ÂŁ45 towards the evening meal plus a bottle of Cava in the room. The hotel is very nice and well situated for the train/bus stns and town centre. The food is also very nice, if a bit overpriced. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Very nice hotel and clearly had a lot of money invested in it. Wee Scott was very welcoming and was fantastic in helping with my dietary requirements. The girls were lovely at dinner and a great service. Only downside was the lighting throughout the hotel. I know they are using energy efficient lightbulbs but I DO like to see what I am eating. Even a candle on the table would have made a difference. It was quite difficult to see the menu.
Breakfast was great with lovely gluten free toast, cereal and even sausages available. Hubby was disappointed not to have beans but the beautiful scrambled eggs and Stornoway black pudding made up for it.
Room was beautiful and very spacious with a super-comfy bed and all the extras you could need including a brolly ďż˝
Perfect to celebrate our anniversary apart from the noise. Could hear everything- People walking past, floor creaking and even the reception staff talking downstairs. Wouldn't recommend for a honeymoon that's for sure!
All in all, a very pleasant stay with lovely staff, nice food and only 10 mins walk from the River Tay. Would we go back? Yes, we probably would.
Staff were very welcoming. The rooms are very nice and the grounds just lovely as a backdrop to the dining area. We had dinner and got breakfast during our stay and both meals were top notch.
Would say the food is up to standard not very happy about the service as it took half an hour to serve two soups which they apologised for as the chef forgot about them..fair enough for apologising. I can deal with that, what wasn't quite nice was the ants on the windowsill and the one we caught on the table. Other than that the food was good đź‘Ť thanks
We found this hotel to be of an average standard. We had a meal whilst staying there and found it to be well overpriced. Food was average nothing outstanding. As for customer experience it was very poor, staff not overly friendly and didn’t seem interested. When checking out the reception didn’t even ask if we enjoyed our stay. Think they should have training in customer service.
Lovely meal and good service tonight
Went for meal with an Itison voucher I got as gift for my birthday
Couldn’t believe that I had a 20% gratuity charge on voucher and wine!!
Please ensure u read small print before buying any vouchers
Very very disappointed in this
Spoilt a lovely gift and voucher !
It was nice & food was well presented & medium/small sized portions. Wine pricey but very enjoyable. We were in conservatory but felt we had to whisper.
We accidentally booked dates in December instead of September for this hotel. Despite there being three months until those dates the hotel refused to refund or even transfer the booking. We pleaded with the staff, manager and owner. However they refused point blank with no remorse.
They said they couldnt as it was a 3rd party booking. The 3rd party however had requested they refund the money.
There is no excuse for this it’s just theft.
Absolute scumbags
