The Penny Dreadfuls

The Penny Dreadfuls are a prominent UK sketch comedy troupe, David Reed, Humphrey Ker & Thom Tuck. They are one of the best loved and biggest sketch troupes of recent Edinburgh Festivals, having performed there for five years. Two series of their radio show The Brothers Faversham was aired on Radio 4 and BBC7, a brilliant weekly show of comedy adventures from the 19th century. They wrote and starred in Guy Fawkes, an Afternoon Play for Radio 4 with Kevin Eldon in the title role. The Dreadfuls have also been seen on BBC2 and BBC3.
