We rent out our property through PLC and I have always found them to be extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I'd highly recommend them.

We recently put our flat on the market and PLC couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating, really supporting us through the process.

Applying for a property is not the easiest of tasks with the huge amount of paperwork involved for each tenant. I dealt with Eilidh at first then latterly Sarah. Both ladies were extremely patient, supportive and very professional in their approach. They communicated clearly and responded quickly to my emails. We are just about to move in and I am sure any niggles/issues we encounter (indeed, if we do) will be sorted out in the same manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Property Letting Centre. Service has been great! Suzanne has been dealing with our lease and has always replied promptly with useful information and aid! Would recommend! Still have to move out hence I am unsure about how deposits are handled/if they are handled fairly, but upto now, everything has went super smoothly with them!

I have been renting from them twice now, and would like to recommend them to anyone who are looking to rent a home. I really enjoyed their nice properties and good services. The Staff are very friendly and helpful to tenants, and I can also imagine them being responsible and considerate to landlords.

I have rented a flat with this agency for about 2.5 years, and in that time have found them friendly, reliable and helpful,. Any niggles get sorted out quite promptly and there is always plenty of notice prior to flat inspections etc. Highly recommended.

'The PLC have been managing 3 flats for us for several years now, and this review is long overdue! Right from the outset we've found the service exemplary without exception, and have never needed to worry about or be involved in any aspect of the letting process unless we've chosen to. We have been entirely confident throughout that the necessary checks would be dealt with on time, and when repairs have been required we have been promptly informed and given the choice as to whether to arrange the repair ourselves or whether to let the agency deal with it. Where this is the case (which is almost always!) quotes have been provided and work done very quickly, and to an excellent standard and at reasonable cost.
There have never been hidden charges no matter how much work the staff have had to do (as last year when we had a major leak), and most importantly we have always felt very welcome to discuss any concerns we have had. All of the staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful and, for all of these reasons, signing up with the PLC has made the business of being a landlord as stress free as it could possibly be. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Superb. From start to finish The Property Letting Company / onlineplc were helpful, consistent and excellent on the problem solving front. A mystery leak within the first two weeks of our tenancy was resolved. I would recommend this company to any potential landlords or tenants. Thanks for a job well done.

After renting two flats with this agency, I have to say I score it with only one star due to Dawn Grant. I moved out from the last property and left the country after the final inspection done by Ms. Dawn. I left the flat in a perfect status, cleaner than when they handed me the keys. She was lovely and said everything was perfect and she didn't expect less from me. Furthermore, she said you will have your deposit back in your account for next week. Then suddenly, she charged me £50 accusing me it was my fault, when they never informed the engineer to place the smoke detector in the right room, because we moved the furniture (after them agreed we were allowed to do this). So obviously, she did a great job at getting her commission after making sure I was abroad and I couldn't fight for my money. Be careful with her, she is great at smiling and convincing people, but then she is only looking for ways to get her commission from your deposit!!

It's not about the money itself, it's just because of the way she has done it, taking advantage of it when the person (agency) who made the mistake is the one who has to pay.

However, I would rate as 5 star the service offered by Erin. She has always been friendly, efficient, professional, courteous and happy to help. She always was fast replying to your emails and making sure you understood what you had to do. Thanks Erin, you are amazing at your job!

Just finished my tenancy at one of PLCs properties, flat had been freshly painted in a couple rooms when I moved in and when I had an issue with the heating switching on at random times they had someone out to look at it and replace a faulty part within few days. Usually always dealt with Dawn and found her quick to respond to my emails and always happy to help. I would use them again.
