Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to Lockerbie only 5min by car. Rooms are cosy and warm with modern facilities. A little bit of highway and other noise filters through but not too bad. Good price.
Stayed a couple of times very nice place lovely rooms good food
I went with for lunch with friends and the service was terrible. The food was good but when they came to clear our main course we were not asked if we would like anything else. We eventually had to go looking for someone to get us coffee and it was the same when we wanted to pay.
Very friendly staff, humorous mentality yet professional. Very relaxed atmosphere. Can't help us enough with any questions. Would stay again.
Very nice hotel in an old Scottish building. Our twin room was private and warm with plenty of towels and two very comfortable beds. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and very clean. The proprietor was a very nice woman who helped us carry our luggage up the stairs (our fault for bringing so many bags!)
I would definitely stay here again.

Overall quite rustic. Very clean hotel overall, although could do with some updating. Very friendly staff, nice beds, warm rooms and an excellent breakfast. Recommend.
