The Real Food Cafe

A fantastic wee gem on the main artery into the west highlands of Scotland. Serving hearty food, in excellent portions at a very fair price. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. If I'm ever on the A82 and I need to stop, chances are this is where I'll eat!

Visited this place for the first time. And was pleasantly surprised. Food is all freashly made when ordered and very tasty. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Will go back again this time for the cakes which looked great

Great sandwiches for lunch, with a lot of local produce. A popular place, with few seating options. Tasty hot chocolate as well!

I really like this cafe, they have really good options catering to different dietary requirements. They have a great range of cakes and non-diary milk. I had a soup and a cruffin and they were both delicious.

Solid. Quite fresh fish (haddock) used in their fish. They also offer cod if your prefer. Chips were good but could've been better. Thus 4 not 5 stars. Gluten free options available.

Good food and quick service. Menu containing gluten free and vegetarian options. Menu could be made a little clearer.

Best fish and chips I have tried. The burgers are wonderful too. Cosy inside in the winter with the fireplace on and great outside in sunny days.

Big tasty portions which is just what you need after a long walk. Staff are all very friendly and they have a good setup. Really modern and international feel while also connecting to it's rustic Scottish side. Accommodate for different diets and are conscious about how food is prepared. Best of all, there is an amazing bird feeding station right outside the window and some brilliant views of the mountains behind.

Stopped here as part of a Land's End to John O'Groats bike ride. An unplanned stop but were welcomed with some delicious fish and chips and and owner very kindly donated some cakes to help fuel our afternoon's riding. A great stop in a glorious part of the world. Very friendly and sell delicious food.
