We’re here to find your next role within the automotive industry whether that is: Automotive dealer groups, Manufacturers, Leasing companies, Parts distributors, Finance companies, Motor trade software providers and more.
TRS is the new name that’s bringing a fresh attitude to automotive recruitment. Our founding Director, Daniel Walton has built a very successful career within the sector spanning 15 years, working predominantly within motor trade recruitment but also working within finance recruitment, government and senior management. Daniel knew there was a better way for the recruitment businesses to work. “Technology and social media have changed the world, and the wider recruitment industry, yet automotive recruiters haven’t kept pace - until now”.
TRS launched in 2016 to inject a sophisticated, forward-looking approach into automotive hiring. We have a fabulous team and modern offices with training and meeting rooms, the latest CRM and candidate search software as well as an excellent marketing department. We are well connected, resourceful and more tech-savvy in the way we bring candidates and clients together. We’re better connected in the social space. We’re closer in tune with the changing expectations of manufacturers and the people who work for them.
At the same time, we want to set the standard for how consultants should operate in our sector. That means giving informed, credible advice, based on years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the motor trade. It means being honest and open - treating candidates and clients equally, with the highest levels of respect, integrity, fairness and professionalism. To create value and make a difference.
