CANCELLATION POLICY- We understand that things happen and life gets busy. However, in a case of a short notice cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) you will be charged 100% of your service price. NO SHOW POLICY- Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. We kindly ask for you to let us know if you cannot make it 24 hours before your appointment so we can make the slot available to other clients. You will be charged 100% of the service price and will not be abl...e to book further appointments without paying this charge. LATE ARRIVALS- Kindly note that all appointments are booked for a specific amount of time. If you happen to be running 10-15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service and be offered a shorter service time but you may still be charged for the original booking time. If we cannot offer you the treatment due to time then a 50% charge will be taken and we can re schedule your appointment. Thank you The Retreat
