The Rosebank Beefeater

Went with my mum and dad, we had a great meal with great service in impressive surroundings. And for my dad for whom every penny is a prisoner even he remarked on the excellent value.

We were in today for breakfast with santa.

Absolutely amazing!

Food was great and service quick and with a smile.

Santa was absolutely amazing and I would go as far as saying he was one of the best we have seen if not the best.

He was so attentive and great with the kids and took the time to go round speaking to every child as well as sitting them all down individually and also letting them choose a gift.



Thank you all so much for giving us such a good start to the festive season.

Was there last night for a family dinner, had 4 ribeyes and 1 fillet, 3 medium rare, 1 rare and 1 blue. They where cooked to perfection. The waiters were very patient and helpful (we had 3 under 3 with us) didn’t have to wait long for our food. Will be back again and would recommend to others for the steaks.

The food is amazing and the staff are great.



You can't eat enough of there food seriously tasty all your taste buds go crazy.



Premier in is amazing to the rooms are clean tidy and it comes with breakfast go for room 306 you get a nice view.

Pleasantly surprised with service & meal last night. Waited a wee bit to be greeted but thereafter it was a good experience. 3 of us all chose something different and all plates were clean at the end. We all enjoyed what we had. Waitress was lovely and so attentive. We will definitely be back!

Just had a lovely meal celebrating my hubby's birthday...starter was a bit of a mix up .. didn't mind but waiter noticed and apologised..steak was cooked to perfection couldn't fault it at all... when bill came was told because of the mix up, the starter had been removed from the bill.. thank you for a lovely meal and great customer service....until next time ��

Had a wonderful night last night. We were celebrating our wedding earlier yesterday. The staff could not have done more for us. Then to end the night they brought out a cake especially made for us. It was so special.

We will never forget the wonderful night. Thanks to all the staff.

Food I the evening was great, nice quiet atmosphere and service was great. The breakfast we had twice while staying in the connected premier inn again was great and the lady who served us could not have been any more helpful. Wish I got her name so I could have posted it. Very few people in this industry take pride in their work anymore however she was so friendly and helpful.

Stopped off for lunch and had the sharing platter for two at £10:99. Great value for money and good quality chicken wings and lamb koftas. Staff were attentive and busy so a short wait to be served. But we would eat there again if in the area.

Had lovely lunch , consistently good food lovely friendly staff !

Went for dinner tonight with my boyfriend. All the food we got was great but our server was awful. He was totally inattentive and we hardly even saw him. He took so long to come and take our starter plates that our main turned up and another waiter had to find him to clear our table. We were going to order deserts but we gave up waiting for him, paid our bill and went home. We saw a few people complaining about the food and service, people going to the bar for drinks because they couldn’t get servers to get them. One couple even stormed out because they were kept waiting so long, they had only been given 2 glasses of water and they hadn’t even been asked for their order. I’ve never seen an evening at the Beefeater this bad, hopefully things improve

Food ok had to wait a bit for it though. Ordered then told that they dont have some off the stuff that we ordered. Salmon was burnt ie black. Allthough they said thats how its cooked. We did get another one which was ok. And they removed it from the bill.at the end.

Some off rhe staff were slow. As was the service.and we waited half an hour to get our main after the starter.

Waited a while to get our order taken then longer to get our meal poor waiter was run of his feet food was ok

Breakfast,hmm. Continental part was appalling. Stale pancakes, tiny muffins, no croissants to be seen. Hygiene level in toilets was non-existant. Young waiter was very abrupt when taking order. Cooked breakfast was just ok. Wouldn't recommend this place at all, go elsewhere.

Worst steak I ever ate!!!

First shock we got when the waitress said they had run out of the fillet mignon, they had only sirlion. Well, as we were so hungry we ordered what we could, on the menu we found only 3 types of steak, not more. On Sunday, in a steak house, which has been operating since 74'....so we ordered a sirlion medium style, finally we got a "meat" burned to coal. Seriously, we could have draw a picture with that....On top the service was very slow and poor, they forgot what we ordered etc. Won't be back and definitely would not recommend!!!

Out of five meals two meals were wrong and two didn’t turn up until about 15 minutes after the first (I suspect they had been forgotten about). Although apologies were made for this the service did not improve and our dirty dishes were left while staff stood about chatting or were nowhere to be seen and then half of the table was cleared and half left so we gave up and decided it wasn’t worth staying for anything else to eat. Very poor, wont be back and definitely would not recommend.

Waited 20mins to be served and had to ask for order to be taking. Then boiled eggs came for my little girl that was disgustly under cooked to top it off a member of staff told my 7yr to shift out of his way he's was busy � safe to say a few words were said and i won't be back

The manager (Emma) bought out my smothered chicken melt which was neither smothered nor melted. When challenged about the meal Emma said that it didn’t look great and did enquire what I would like her to do with it.

I requested the cook had another crack at it and within minutes another (or the same) was produced with a side salad that was missing from the first attempt.

It was very average and I would not recommend the food at all.

By stark contrast, the bar staff were brilliant but kept apologising for Emma’s attitude - a bit like apologising for your drunk uncle at a wedding.

Stood at the bar for 10 mins before getting any kind of acknowledgement then got served 5 mins after that. The place was very quiet for a bank holiday weekend. And in the time that we had 2 drinks I heard 3 customers complain about there meals. So I will be giving this a miss in the future. This place used to be very good but since the change of management the place has gone down hill.

Breakfast,hmm. Continental part was appalling. Stale pancakes, tiny muffins, no croissants to be seen. Hygiene level in toilets was non-existant. Young waiter was very abrupt when taking order. Cooked breakfast was just ok. Wouldn't recommend this place at all, go elsewhere.

Worst steak I ever ate!!!

First shock we got when the waitress said they had run out of the fillet mignon, they had only sirlion. Well, as we were so hungry we ordered what we could, on the menu we found only 3 types of steak, not more. On Sunday, in a steak house, which has been operating since 74'....so we ordered a sirlion medium style, finally we got a "meat" burned to coal. Seriously, we could have draw a picture with that....On top the service was very slow and poor, they forgot what we ordered etc. Won't be back and definitely would not recommend!!!

Went for dinner with my family last night and can safely say it was the worst dining experience ever! Unbelievably slow very lacklustre service. Out of five meals two meals were wrong and two didn’t turn up until about 15 minutes after the first (I suspect they had been forgotten about). Although apologies were made for this the service did not improve and our dirty dishes were left while staff stood about chatting or were nowhere to be seen and then half of the table was cleared and half left so we gave up and decided it wasn’t worth staying for anything else to eat. Very poor, wont be back and definitely would not recommend.

Waited 20mins to be served and had to ask for order to be taking. Then boiled eggs came for my little girl that was disgustly under cooked to top it off a member of staff told my 7yr to shift out of his way he's was busy � safe to say a few words were said and i won't be back

The manager (Emma) bought out my smothered chicken melt which was neither smothered nor melted. When challenged about the meal Emma said that it didn’t look great and did enquire what I would like her to do with it.

I requested the cook had another crack at it and within minutes another (or the same) was produced with a side salad that was missing from the first attempt.

It was very average and I would not recommend the food at all.

By stark contrast, the bar staff were brilliant but kept apologising for Emma’s attitude - a bit like apologising for your drunk uncle at a wedding.

Stood at the bar for 10 mins before getting any kind of acknowledgement then got served 5 mins after that. The place was very quiet for a bank holiday weekend. And in the time that we had 2 drinks I heard 3 customers complain about there meals. So I will be giving this a miss in the future. This place used to be very good but since the change of management the place has gone down hill.

Went with my mum and dad, we had a great meal with great service in impressive surroundings. And for my dad for whom every penny is a prisoner even he remarked on the excellent value.

We were in today for breakfast with santa.

Absolutely amazing!

Food was great and service quick and with a smile.

Santa was absolutely amazing and I would go as far as saying he was one of the best we have seen if not the best.

He was so attentive and great with the kids and took the time to go round speaking to every child as well as sitting them all down individually and also letting them choose a gift.



Thank you all so much for giving us such a good start to the festive season.

Was there last night for a family dinner, had 4 ribeyes and 1 fillet, 3 medium rare, 1 rare and 1 blue. They where cooked to perfection. The waiters were very patient and helpful (we had 3 under 3 with us) didn’t have to wait long for our food. Will be back again and would recommend to others for the steaks.

The food is amazing and the staff are great.



You can't eat enough of there food seriously tasty all your taste buds go crazy.



Premier in is amazing to the rooms are clean tidy and it comes with breakfast go for room 306 you get a nice view.

Pleasantly surprised with service & meal last night. Waited a wee bit to be greeted but thereafter it was a good experience. 3 of us all chose something different and all plates were clean at the end. We all enjoyed what we had. Waitress was lovely and so attentive. We will definitely be back!

Just had a lovely meal celebrating my hubby's birthday...starter was a bit of a mix up .. didn't mind but waiter noticed and apologised..steak was cooked to perfection couldn't fault it at all... when bill came was told because of the mix up, the starter had been removed from the bill.. thank you for a lovely meal and great customer service....until next time ��

Had a wonderful night last night. We were celebrating our wedding earlier yesterday. The staff could not have done more for us. Then to end the night they brought out a cake especially made for us. It was so special.

We will never forget the wonderful night. Thanks to all the staff.

Food I the evening was great, nice quiet atmosphere and service was great. The breakfast we had twice while staying in the connected premier inn again was great and the lady who served us could not have been any more helpful. Wish I got her name so I could have posted it. Very few people in this industry take pride in their work anymore however she was so friendly and helpful.

Stopped off for lunch and had the sharing platter for two at £10:99. Great value for money and good quality chicken wings and lamb koftas. Staff were attentive and busy so a short wait to be served. But we would eat there again if in the area.

Had lovely lunch , consistently good food lovely friendly staff !

Went for dinner tonight with my boyfriend. All the food we got was great but our server was awful. He was totally inattentive and we hardly even saw him. He took so long to come and take our starter plates that our main turned up and another waiter had to find him to clear our table. We were going to order deserts but we gave up waiting for him, paid our bill and went home. We saw a few people complaining about the food and service, people going to the bar for drinks because they couldn’t get servers to get them. One couple even stormed out because they were kept waiting so long, they had only been given 2 glasses of water and they hadn’t even been asked for their order. I’ve never seen an evening at the Beefeater this bad, hopefully things improve

Food ok had to wait a bit for it though. Ordered then told that they dont have some off the stuff that we ordered. Salmon was burnt ie black. Allthough they said thats how its cooked. We did get another one which was ok. And they removed it from the bill.at the end.
