Lovely couple who run this place. No veggie options on the menu but we got lucky as they had another veggie customer that evening so they were able to prepare a delicious veggie option. If your veggie book ahead but was lovely grub!

Tighnabruaich is a wonderful setting for a tranquil break , and the Royal offered nice clean rooms, friendly service and the meals on offer were of a high standard, no WiFi in the room however this was not an issue for me but it would have been nice to have a connection.

Nice old fashioned hotel. Decent food but not much choice. One of the owners seems a bit strange as he doesn't mix well with the guests.
