Good wonderful. Rooms bit of a disappointment. Lift out of action.

Good hotel in Victorian style. Big rooms and breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from..

Decor bit worn, but very clean. Efficient staff. Brilliant location. Good parking arrangements. Would stay here again.

Nice enough, but quite a 'traditional' hotel. It was quiet and we slept alright, but the bathroom could really have done with some sprucing up!

The continental breakfast buffet was included, but cooked breakfast is extra. The continental breakfast was plenty for us!

Really good location. Room was modern and spacious clean and tidy. Staff were really friendly especially bar man at night. Bar stays open to residents until 3am so it's a real quiet, safe night cap location.

went for the 3 course dinner which was beautifully presented tasted great and was excellent value for money. Staff were all pleasant and attentive, I will be back.

Good meeting rooms, helpful staff, great lunch. In need of renovation but mostly all cosmetic. We had a meeting there on 24th April 2017.

Bed's are comfortable, rooms were spacious and shower was hot. Basic slightly dated decor, room facilities were nice with good TV signal. Clean and tidy, didn't eat or use the bar so can't comment but it was busy in the morning we left.

Grand Victorian railway hotel. Many interesting features and a good base for visiting the city and surrounding area.
