I treat clients with a wide range of conditions including cancer and fertility issues in men and women. I also run baby Reflexology classes and 1-1 sessions for children.

Reflexology involves applying pressure to reflex points in the feet which correspond to areas of the body. In this way the whole body can be treated, restoring energy balance within the body and improving health and well being.

Reflexology has been shown to be effective in a number of conditions including stress and anxiety, hormonal disturbance, headaches, fertility problems and pain.

I am an experienced reflexologist having trained with the Bailey School of Reflexology in 2005. I became interested in reflexology after experiencing the benefits of this powerful treatment. I have a particular interest in working with clients with cancer and currently work with The Circle of Comfort charity.

I am also a chartered physiotherapist working with clients with mobility and balance problems and have a wealth of knowledge and experience of medical conditions.
