So lucky to have this place on our doorstep, food from the take away is always totally delicious and staff are really welcoming and friendly. The grocery shop is handy and there are some lovely things in the gift shop so far. Looking forward to when the sit in part of the diner opens!

Really lovely, family run quirky little diner just outside Campbeltown. Food was great, service quick and the owners were very friendly and chatty. Go if you’re in the area😊

Off the beaten track , but this place always seems to be busy , our meal was spot on big portions service was excellent had a good old banter with owner, some people say it's expensive I don't think so , some people you can never please.

Me and my sisters and a couple of wee shorties all came for lunch yesterday x the food was delish x the staff were friendly, efficient and very professional x I love the whole atmosphere and decor x and things for sale were imaginative and different x

I was always told that in food service you should offer just a few things, but do them well; That's exactly what this place does. Every element on my plate was excellent.

Had a very nice lunch here today. Well worth the wee wait for freshly prepared food of good quality. We asked to mix up the contents of our ciabattas with no problems. FABULOUS proper hand made chips. We then had lovely home baked cake and scone with our coffees. This is NOT fast food as everything is prepared fresh for your order but I recommend you spend the time perusing the wide selection of good quality gifts, Forces surplus clothing and boots and even cute baby gifts. The log burner makes this a cosy wee place to sit and have delicious food and a cuppa. All the cakes are home baked by the owner and the cheescake was obviously delicious as it was sold out today. We shall be back to try it out another time!

Great wee diner. The food was fresh made and really tasty. Even better, the prices were great too. I had the classic burger and the chicken wings. The burger was easily one of the best I have tasted. The wings are done in a really tasty barbecue sauce. I finished off with a latte and a hugemongous fruit scone with all the gubbins. Finally Campbeltown has a functional diner that actually is a "proper diner" and not a restaurant/snackbar/pub hybrid. The atmosphere and ambience is spot on with big roomy booths and a roaring log fire. Will be my first regular port of call when I get another Harley in the spring for runs in the beautiful Kintyre countyside. If you are a biker you need to drop in here and check it out.

Great wee diner. Despite having a power cut on the first visit, running out of food on the 2nd, the 3rd visit excelled all expectations. Tasty toasties, beautiful coffee and cake. The service is 1st class! Definitely worth a visit.

Feeling really good after one of the best lunches I've ever had, the company was good the food and service at Tin Roof Diner was beyond brilliant. Lots of laughter (thought we were going to be asked to leave) the food YUMM I had the best burger I've ever had with proper chips and a superbly presented crisp salad.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch out here today with my kids & sister, child friendly which is always a bonus for me. Staff were friendly & polite and food was delicious. Great selection of gifts and other lovely things to buy too, was pleasantly surprised!

Absolutely top notch grub..... loved every minute and mouthful. Compliments to the chef. Don't change a thing with the food or the layout. Well impressed. Better than tgi Fridays!!!! Anyone who wants nice grub that ain't fish and chips here is the place to go. A*******
