I was initially impressed with the cost and delivery speed of my Karndean tiles. However, I wasn't advised that I needed to order the decorative strips, that represent grouting, separately. When my fitter advised this and I called the store, they were very unhelpful, advising that they would probably take at least 5 days to come - the tiles took one day - and that they don't usually order strips separately......which is fine if they tell you when you order the tiles that you also need the strips. Beware if you're ordering Karndean, the prices are good but ensure you know exactly what you need and order it at the same time because the staff at The Untouchables won't keep you right. Very disappointed with the after sales service.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Not impressed with the returns policy in the slightest! An absolute joke and I will never shop in your store again!
