This club like most clubs in glagow seems to be money orientated they also seem to have a big as much money as possible attitude some of the guys who teach you from looking at them seem to come from different martial art backgrounds combined the knowledge and covertly cover up as considering it as a historical fighting art..!!!

Yes there R good courses​ in blacksmithing and archery and it is really interesting but the combat training seems to be more like Eastern martial arts than actual mediaeval fighting arts..!!

What are think is happening here is some guys are creating the con by studying different martial arts then what they do is recreate the style creating their own form but by doing this they give you the there interpretation of martial arts fighting but most times out of 10 this cume from teachers or instructors that doesn't have the skill or the mastery of the Arts to do this so in doing so giving you a weaker form of Combat training and fighting training...!!!

Make sure you do some good long research when looking for a good club that the instructors R not from mixed martial arts or MMA background but From a traditional martial art background and has a minimum of 30 to 40 years experience and is highly respected and regarded as a martial artist by his peers...!!!

A great facility for Historic European martial arts training, including German longsword, Scottish broadsword and archery as well as regular blacksmithing classes.
