What a great night last night with the wonderful Ian Bruce. Although he had a cold, he gave his all and we thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. Many thanks Ian.

Hi to all who read and like this page. It is almost one year since life threw us the biggest of curve balls possible and our beloved Paddy died. I know this post will reach a lot of folk but could you please share as much as possible to get it circulating as much as possible. There are still people who have not heard that Paddy died and may have had a booking with him. They may be expecting to come to the wee room underneath the stairs for a gig but we may not know they are coming! If you or anyone you know has been booked by Paddy, please, please tell us know. This will save disappointment for all of us.

Now that the madness of the festival is over it is time to get back into a boring old routine. But it need not be boring. Get into a routine...but a good one. First of all, if you like music then come along to the Wee Folk Club at the Royal Oak, Infirmary Street every Sunday evening at 8.30pm. Doors open at 8pm. This Sunday we have traditional singer Ella Munro coming to perform. She is a great singer, a lovely person and a joy to watch as well. What more can you ask for £5?....Oh,yes!
