Had high hopes about this dry cleaner due to its recent publicity, but after picking up my skirt for a wedding, the most expensive item of clothing I own, I've discovered a noticeable pen mark on the front of it. The fact the staff member didn't even bother to tell someone/me they had done it makes it all that more frustrating. I will never be back.
