A big double dunter in the studio tonight to make sure we're match fit for next week. Just over 5 hours solid playing after a full day's work. Productive and fun but it's gonna hurt in the morning. Bring on the 13th Note!
The dawn of the Zombie Economists is almost upon us.
Steve's long running pedal project, "Disaster Turtle", is at an end. Disaster Turtle died so Son of Disaster Turtle could live. The new pedal is sleeker, sexier and noticeably less turtle shaped. Sonically it's also quite a bit less bat shit crazy. It's creator describes it as "the sound of a goose playing a velcro-encrusted trombone, recreated by a Sinclair Spectrum." Expect it to make an appearance in a gig type environment near you soon. Disaster Turtle, tonight we salute your sacrifice.
We are delighted to announce Mr Stephen McGrath will be providing the bottom end for The Zombie Economists. Now we take over the world! Or, you know... gigs and stuff.
