We went from Stewarton to irvine and back on the bank Holiday weekend, taxi arrived promptly at time agreed and with text messages before both journeys, couldn't recommend highly enough

As i am in centrestage Aspire we are doing panto Saturday and Sunday need taxi for tommorow i book it found the controler to be very polite and profeshional kind regards J,.

I booked online and the taxi arrived at the time I needed it. Can't be happier with the service.

Sent a text with a licence plate number, different car turned up. Expressed concern at getting into car as not one I was expecting. Driver not interested, call centre staff not interested. Stranded at 6am, unable to get home.

My 1 year old daughter and myself were left waiting outside tonight from 8.05pm until 8.33pm waiting for a taxi that never showed twice, ended up having to get a bus home

Booked taxi... heard nothing until two texts at once. One saying would be here shortly and one saying we'd missed it. Then the driver was a cheeky git about it.

Booked a taxi last night at 9pm to be picked up from my friends at 1.15am no taxi arrived phoned the office 3 times office staff very rude saying its just when theres cars available if u pre book a taxi it should be there on time thats the whole point in booking a taxi very very poor service never use again.

Booked a taxi for last night as we were coming back from Disneyland Paris by coach .originally had taxi booked for 1.30 am phoned and changed to 3 am as we were running late .arrive in Kilmarnock at 3.05 am to get a text saying driver couldn't find you so taxi away . Phoned the office to be told I had booked taxi for 3am and I wasn't their . Such shocking service I will never be using the service again we were then stuck at 3am on the morning with two young kids and no way of getting home. Had to eventually phone a relative to come and get us

Avoid this company at all costs.



Pre paid for a taxi (£50) to collect us from Glasgow last Sunday. The taxi never turned up even though we were in constant communication with the office - it turns out he was in completely the wrong place (still over 30 mins after agreed pickup time). After multiple calls and visits to the office they are refusing to refund the money despite not providing the service we paid for in advance. So we lost that money, plus the £60 we paid to a glasgow taxi to take us home.



They’ve lost a loyal customer of some 20 years and they don’t seem to care.
