Was in today and booked a great deal to Crete for myself, husband and son. Amy was lovely and did her best to get us a great deal. Very friendly girl and she is a credit to the store. This is my first holiday with Thomas cook as I usually go to Glasgow fort. I would book with your company again as I felt that Amy listened to what we could afford as we are going to Florida next yr and just wanted a cheap get away

Just want to say a massive thank you to Amy for all her help today was in to book for Florida 2018 & the person she was speaking to at the Thomas Cook offices kept her on the phone for nearly 2hrs as they kept telling her there was no availability turned out after 2hrs they were pricing for 2017 instead of 2018 she had the patience of a saint. Just back from a week in Greece, the cabin crew where so friendly especially Dean who was getting us reved up for the holiday! the flight and the whole holiday was made so easy!! Wouldn't book with any one else, never had any problems when flying with Thomas cook x

I contacted Caroline yesterday looking for information about my holiday. The hotel couldn't help me the shop who has my booking couldn't help me but Caroline was absolutely brilliant. She found the answer to my question and kept in touch with me. Her customer service and help was 10/10. The staff at the forge are always great.

Holiday was amazing and hotel was fab.

Flight was amazing and we landed earlier than expected.

Must pre book priority for the airport it was great speedy check in priority security straight through no waiting priority boarding and when arrived our cases were out first sitting waiting for me coming through passport control well worth the money. Hassle free

Stop selling holiday packages to Seaworld! at Seaworld the average life of an Orca is only a fraction of how long they live in the wild and they can swim up to 126 miles a day in the wild, they also suffer from depression at Seaworld, animal abuse is not entertainment.

Joke of company from manager all way down booked hotel in New York and get here and changed to different hotel and booked private transportation but was on mini-bus full people took 2 hours get to hotel coz had drop everyone else off if worker stated it was bus full people ad just got taxi as it was a lot cheaper than supposed private transportation

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Ive booked on a holiday to New York in aug and Megan at the forge didn't inform us an additional £350 on arrival on top of $35 dollar resort fee that was stated being $27 dollars. BE WEARY OF THKMAS COOKS HIDDEN FEE's NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR T&C

I used Thomas cook once last year and will never use them again. They made me realise why Im so loyal to Thomson/firstchoice. I gave them a try and they failed to impress me or meet my expectations with any aspect from the flight to the hotel

I am absolutely fed up with the family deals stating only for children under 12 years.... my children are 15 and 5 and we can’t book any of your deals because my 15 year old isn’t a “child” apparently � yet yous blame the hotels for this rule , maybe a good idea to sort it out with the hotels yous use !!!?

Booked to go to Florida 18 months in advance, paid almost £4000 for the 2 weeks! A few before I get phone call to say that they over booked my holiday and had to cancel and book a whole new one which I agreed too as I was told the hotel was better. When we arrived in Florida our transfers dropped majority of people off at the original hotel we were supposed to be staying at. We got dropped off last at a hotel that was quite a bit away from international drive! However I was not told the location of my hotel had changed I assumed that it would still be on international drive however it was 2 buses away from international drive. We had to take 2 buses to visit our holiday reps that were only in the location until 11am everyday which meant we had to get up extra early to travel to visit our holiday reps. I would not have agreed to this change if I was aware of the major change to my location! Also when we arrived at the hotel they wanted us to pay $210 dollars as an insurance payment that we would get back when we checked out. We were not told this either. We had to pay it on a credit card as we didn't want it to come out of our spending money. I should have been made aware of this before hand, and if so once again I would have not agreed to the changes. However the changes were made before consulting us anyway. We were given a phone call to be told about it. I'm under what would have happened if we had disagreed to the changes are our holiday had already been cancelled due to Thomas Cook over booking us in the first place. First time booking with Thomas Cook and I never will again. Never had so much bother on a package Holiday before!

Booked a holiday with Ashley who recommended play Blanca 4 star all inclusive for me and my kids and wife deal was great thought to good to be true



I arrived in Lanzarote to go into my little house the house was rotten spiders moths ants all over clearly the cleaner didn't care about her job I went to reception only being their for 10 mins for them to say did I put any food out aye hen I put food out and attracted a million ants



Next day went down for breakfast to get this crap you wouldn't feed a dying dog ended up not well due to the food and for the stuck up rep to say that's a shame I will log a complaint nothing said about it



Paying all inclusive should be all include but not included more like kids wanted ice cream which I was told was included but the catch is it's out for 2 hours then away aye well done thomas cook ruined holiday hotel Lopez if ur offered it expect to lose weight be sick and be a bear grills with the jungle in your room
