Nikki Wilson based in the Gordon Street branch is an absolute gem. Got me and my mate booked up for Ibiza in September. Got a cracking deal on a 18-30 and answered all questions and reservations that I had. Well done Nikki, keep up the good work.

My boyfriend and I, had numerous issues with our holiday to Orlando. We booked in July 2017 to go end of August 2018. There were many issues with the price of our holiday and the deal that we got. However, we were contacted last week by the store manager Jen, who we could contact her at any point and go in to resolve our issues directly with her. We then went in this afternoon and were attended to by Darren, who took the time to sort all of the problems and find us a better date (4 days before the day we were originally meant to go) and managed to save us a great deal of money!

Customer service in this store was much better than many other places we have been in. Especially Darren, thank you!!
