We seen a deal for New York back last year on Thomas Cook Rutherglen facebook page for 4 nights for £599 PP and though it was too good to be true but after a phone call and paying a deposit were were going. Thinking price was low hotel would not be up to much again we were wrong. We got back yesterday and what a great experience we had. The flight were great times and the hotel wasn't grand but not a dump either. The location was amazing 5 mins from time square and loads of attraction near by. It snowed all day on Saturday but that does not stop New york working as everyone from all buildings takes responsibility and clears and grits there walkways. Our only downside of the place there's not enough hours in the day as we never got to do half the things we had planned but that's no one's falt.

The staff are very friendly and help you get amazing deals. Have used this branch a few times and have never been disappointed.

Getting sent other people holiday details via email and they are getting mine. Went in to sort it out and not even a sorry from the girl.�

Waited an hour on the shop floor and was not seen. no one apologised and when I ask how to complain all I got was "I don't know". You don't have the customer service that you advertise as I was practically ignored. This isn't the first time other members of my family now book with other operators as rutherglen customers service towards us is non existent.

Stop selling packages for sea world. This is not entertainment it’s abhorrent

Las Vegas to Glasgow flight delayed on the 10th July. Lack of information at the airport was shocking. After 5 hours they never even offered us refreshments then cancelled the flight

We then waited a further 55 mins to reclaim our bags. I asked why we had been in the airport 5.5 hours and not offered even s glass of water. Thomas cook said it's because the flight has been cancelled so you don't get refreshments.



We then had to get a bus to the Orleans hotel, check in and still no water supplied. We were eventually given two vouchers one for dinner of $25 dollar & $ 15 dollar for breakfast.



The time we got to the room & dropped the bags off I hadn't had a drink for nearly 7 hours.



We eventually found a place to sit in hotel and eat. I am an adult but there were children there & in my opinion dogs get treated better.



I will not be flying with Thomas cook again.



I have made my claim for compensation on your website even though you had the cheek to give us letter at airport asking us to claim through our own insurance.



The Orlando flight was cancelled on the 9th of July too due to something wrong with plane now the Las Vegas plane had a faulty tyre.



You really need to keep on top of your maintenance of your planes.



Not happy and you should be ashamed.
