Dropped in for a bacon and egg sandwich for two with tea - lovely little cafe - lady who served us was very nice - food was good - menu's looked excellent. They are updating tables and chairs which looked to be a great improvement. Good prices - would definitely recommend.

Whilst my initial review was positive I found myself stopping off there on Monday 12/06/17 and if this was my first impression it would be scathing regarding the service. I entered to find the place quiet. Only 3 other customers and 1 member of staff conducting an interview.
I stood for some minutes waiting to be served then sat down believing the person was indisposed. Then a staff member came forward to take my order just at that a large crowd came in and obviously placed a multiple item order. After sitting for some time awaiting my order in which the large group had been served I was asked if I required anything to which I replied only what I paid for, it still required a second prompt of what items I ordered I was finally served. The service in here has dropped way below par when compared to my previous experience's please reverse this trend. Compare the review I initially sent in below to see how much this has changed my opinion.

Great food a place I never pass on my way to Southend. A welcome break in my journey there and back. Bear in mind this is a community business and therefore you are supporting locals and not some multinational.

Quality full cooked breakfast and coffee

Good food and friendly staff. Wee bit off the usual tourist attractions route of Loch Lomond, but a good stop off if you are en route to Inveraray/Lochgoilhead and further. Or if you are heading up the Cobbler.
Now known as the 3 Villages Café

Great little place, although now the café and take-away goes under a different name (will update if I remember!).

Good food, tea and coffee and a friendly atmosphere. There is also a small display of pieces depicting the history of the local area.

Great for gluten free food, snacks and treats, with a choice sandwiches on 2 different gluten-free breads and also a range of GF cakes.

Not on a major route, but well worth a quick detour from the Argyll Sea Loch trails, any of the multiple walking routes nearby, or if you're driving up the western side of Loch Lomond.
