We have just received the estimate for one of the cars and it looks like the whole bill will be close to £6000 😡, not including lost revenue during repair! If anyone has any information please let the police know asap.
Some customers have been left waiting on their cars today after some mindless thieves decided to steal the mirror glasses from some of our BMW's in our yard 😡 they also damaged the wiring to some of them. Only the BMW's were targeted. Please be vigilant and if you know or saw anything suspicious overnight on 11/06 please let Police Scotland know on 101.

Top class staff at Perth branch, very friendly and helpful from start to finish, i got a free upgrade when I arrived, I had to extend my car hire several times, staff couldn't have been more happy to help. Would really recommend this branch.
Huge thanks to everyone, especially Mike for helping me out so last minute and hassle free.
Highly recommend coming here for any rental needs, couldn't be more helpful, reasonably priced, efficient and hassle free.

Having worked in car rental previously all I can say is I was given correct and helpful information to all of my questions, staff were extremely friendly and weren't put out on any issues I enquired about.
Times can get busy so I know how stressful this job can be, trust me, I worked for Europcar and that is the worst car hire place on the planet! Full of untrained buffoons on temporary contracts! These staff have clearly been a team for a number of years, full of witty banter and joyfulness �

After my last review I only wrote when realy peed off with thrifty,I must write this one to say they have always been great to me and my son
The best I could say is "Zero" Stars as it's not possible to award Negative Stars. This company is the worst car rental company I have had the pleasure of dealing with and certainly would never deal with them again. I found all the staff which I had the mis-fortune to come across as arrogant and extremely unhelpful. Here's a tip for anyone using Thrifty Car Rental, when you return your car at the end of your rental period, ensure that your credit card does not have any available credit on it and then they won't be able to just charge your credit card without properly notifying you beforehand and this will save endless calls/emails. If there is no credit available to them on your credit card, they will have to notify you to ask for any ancillary charges which may have arisen during your rental period
