Thurston Manor Leisure Park

We stayed in Lakeside in a lodge beautiful does not give it the praise it deserves 5*+ staff at reception were excellent even sending Vinnie the Fox to say goodbye to my 3 grandchildren which was overwhelming can't praise this park or staff enough you are the best

Came down for the weekend with the wife and 2 youngest kids. Small arcade that cud be bigger with pool table and a couple of machines to keep the kids happy. On site swimming pool as well

Excellent! Beautiful surroundings. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Relaxing and peaceful, comfortable lodge by the lake, with our baby boy & furbaby on our mini moon. First holiday as a family. Will stay again, but Just the two of us! 😂 5* highly revommend. Thank you 😃

Very beautiful surroundings but lodges are a bit basic..well the one we are in. Mattress on double bed is really awful to sleep on and the cleaning could be better. Dishwasher needs a really good clean and we had to wash cutlery and dishes that had been put away in cupboards. No vacuum available...never been in a lodge which didn't have one....drying screen unusable as it's broken so no way of drying clothes. Restaurant is good value and food nice. Lovely pool and kids activities.

We've had a great time here. Reasonably priced food and drink, children's entertainment and adult entertainment separately provided. Outdoor areas are clean and tidy as are the toilet and shower blocks.

We took a towing caravan. Kids liked swing Park and large playing field. Shop handy but pool a bit small with no JUMPING! Didn't use restaurant.

Great park purchased a static a year and a half ago. We have 3 grand children and six great grand kids, they all love it, only thing that I can say is that the swimming pool is to small and not safe for very small children, and I think that resident's of statics one cabin's should not have to pay for the pool they should get a pass. Our daughter and her husband enjoy the park as they have 2small dogs who just love the caravan. I would recommend Thurston Manor to anyone. Great place for a holiday but need to fix pool and add some more play areas. Love our van and pitch great
