We have secured Plot 6 of Dundee Waterfront. Our Ultralite Stone system will be delivered to this job for Architects Cooper Cromar Ltd. We will be partnering up with Main Contractors Robertson Construction & Installers Avtek Ltd on the development of the exterior of this building. We are very proud to be a part of this exciting design.

T.I. Dynamic Facades will be supplying Stanton Moor Sandstone to a brand new student accommodation located in EDINBURGH! We will be working alongside installers MBM Roofing (EK) and main contractors Clark Contracts with the goal to turn Yeoman McAllister Architects design to reality.

T.I. Dynamic Facades Aerolite Stonework & Ultralite will be heading to LONDON! We have secured the new Astor College. We will be working alongside Adept Facades and Galliford Try with the aim to turn DLA Architects design to reality. This project compromises mostly of large format Ultralite on the verticals and Aerolite Stonework for the horizontal banding.

T.I. Dynamic Facades Aerolite Stonework will be heading to MANCHESTER! We have secured the new South Trafford Health and Wellbeing Centre. We will be working alongside Adept Facades and Bowmer & Kirkland with the aim to turn AFL UK's design to reality. This design will challenge the boundaries of lightweight natural stone with the use of bespoke pre-formed corner units.

There is some big news coming out of Dynamic Facades this week.
1. #NewYearNewTI. T.I. Dynamic Facades has made the decision to refurb the brand. This includes a change in the company logo, the culture of our business and the image we want people to perceive. Our new logo is modernised to represent the dynamic quality element of our business. Our brand image is a top priority and we want to ensure that only the highest quality of products, support and service are delivered to... our project partners.
2. The development of our website. We are currently developing our new company website in alignment with our new brand image. We want our clients to have a easy, enjoyable but insightful experience when navigating throughout our website. More information will follow on this in the coming weeks so stay tuned. Along with this, we are also in development of our RIBA insight then continuously updating to ensure our clients and project partners are kept up to date with information and developments of our products.
3. Last but most definitely not least. We have some exciting news about testing we have recently completed and the official launch of our latest addition to our product portfolio. The product will be officially introduced to you over the coming weeks. This is an exciting yet innovative product and is a great addition to our lightweight range. Specific information will made available such as brochures to download. Keep your eyes peeled!

Project update:
Another lovely project is nearing completion. Here is installation images of the St James Shopping Centre located in Edinburgh were we have supplied our Aerolite Granite.
Developement is still ongoing, however Laing O'Rourke Facades have done a terrific job on the installation and it's safe to say the building looks outstanding.
