Lowden F-25c in from John Hoggard for a re-string with Elixir 12s and a clean-up.

Golden oldie here! A Hohner Arbor Series Les Paul. This was brought in by Norn Iron Fil for a full set-up. Needed some fret work done so it got a fret dress from the 12th upwards. Also suffering from neck movement at the heal, holes plugged and re-drilled. Set -up with Rotosound 10s its playing great!

Wonderfull semi here, Epiphone EA-250 from the 70s!
This was in for a full set-up. With a high action and the bridge lowered as low as it could go, i shaved some of the wood of the bridge to get it lower. Strung with Rotosound 10s it plays and sounds amazing!

Epiphone Les Paul in from Colin Christie.
Colin was having problems with dead notes beyond the 12th and 14th fret. After finding high frets i did a fret dress at the top end of the neck. Full set-up with Rotosound 10s it is now playing sweet as a 🥜!

Fender Telecaster in for some work from Mark Quinn of Counterfeit Culture.
This got a full set-up and overhaul along with some fret work as there was some dead notes. Strung with Rotosound 10s its back to playing as it should ahead the bands gig tomorrow night at the Bellfield Tavern, Kilmarnock!
Cracking Tele and a cracking finish.

Gibson J-200
This was in from David Paterson of The Railwaymen, for work done to the saddle as it was breaking D-strings. After some work to the saddle and re-string with Elixir 12s, its is back to playing as it should.

Godin LGX in from Simon Cardle of Memphis ; A band for all occasions.
This guitar was having trouble staying in tune, particularly the G-string and the intonation was way out. Simon wanted a new nut fitted. After cutting and fitting a new bone nut and a set-up with Rotosound 10s the guitar is back to playing as it should!
