We had booked the Highlands day tour from Glasgow and even though the pickup point was changed due to the cycling event, we received a call and a subsequent mail giving all details of the new pickup location.
We were pleasantly surprised to see our guide and driver Kenny dressed in proper Scottish attire welcoming us. He was very friendly, funny and had a wealth of knowledge about the locations we covered.
He kept us all entertained and provided all the history on the beautiful places we visited and passed through.
He gave us ample time at all our stops and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful country!
Kenny's driving was excellent throughout the journey and he took us to "bonus" photo stops as well because we were punctual :)
Overall, this was one amazing trip in a comfortable mini bus with an amazing guide with a wealth of knowledge about history and the beautiful country - what more can we ask for!

I’ve never done touristy day tours before, so I was a bit unsure of what to expect when I embarked on Timerbush Tours‘ 12.5hr Highlands tour. The tour promised to be one of the longest and most comprehensive day tours out there, so I was a bit weary at first.

We were greeted by our guide and driver, obviously dressed in kilt and a delightfully silly highland cow hat. He was very energetic and chatty with a rough Scottish humour. I immediately knew this would at least not be a boring tour!

During the long drives between stops, our driver entertained us with traditional Scottish music, short stories and commentaries, as well as recorded histories about the areas we drove through. Just looking out the window at the beautiful landscape passing by and listening to the provided information was absolutely delightful.

We made several short stops for refreshments and one longer lunch stop, the places we stopped at did tend to get quite busy as all the bus tours seem to stop at the same stations, but our driver made good time and we seemed to always be just ahead of the rush, leaving before it got impossibly busy.

Our longest stop was of course at at Loch Ness, where I opted to take the cruise on the lake, which was nice but a little boring. I wish I’d done Urquhart Castle as well, it seemed quite interesting, but I was too worried to not make it back to the bus in time, which was silly.

I especially loved the serene, beautiful landscapes we drove through, I’ll definitely have to return to the Highlands to see more of this beautiful place!

While the long bus tour was definitely exhausting, our driver/guide made it very entertaining and never dull. I absolutely loved the day tour!

Our driver Gregory was amazing. No dull moment during the entire tour. He is very good with his work. Best tour guide! Definitely I would recommend Timberbush! :-)

We went to Scotland in March of 2017 and had seen a recommendation from a Travel Blog I follow. We did the 2-day Tour to the Scottish Highlands with Jillian. She was amazing! So sweet and energetic and informed. Such a wonderful trip! We couldn't have been happier. Best tour we have ever been on!

I took 3 days tour with them. Only person was enjoying the most is driver. He took to places where he can meet his friends. And he seems to be non-friendly. Visited more restaurants than places. Not took to many places as stated in their itinerary in websites, they covered only half of the places. Took this 3 tours of isle of Skye, to enjoy and seeing more nature beauty of Scotland but sadly had to spent more time restaurants, toilet and shopping center instead of the time with the nature and visiting Scotland places. He barely stopped at good places to enjoy the Scotland beauty, huge disappointed. I don't know who else do nice Scotland tours, definitely not timberbush tours.

Loch Ness, Glencoe & The Highlands.
This tour was amazing. Our driver Kenny was very friendly, he is a great person! We saw a lot of beauties which lead us to conclude that Scotland is a beautiful country with very nice people and definitely deserve to be visited. For sure we will come again. This tour is the best way to see important things in a short and pleasant time. We strongly recommend the Timberbush agency. All the best from a group from Romania.

Possible the most dangerous tour drivers I've seen on my travels. I live in Edinburgh and have had a few run ins with they're overly aggressive and dangerous drivers but this morning I saw a timberbush driver coming down castle terrace undertaking a car through parking spaces and ended up in a head on situation with myself. There are children going to school that time of day and the timberbush drivers seem to not care who they put in danger as long as they get where they are going as fast as possible.

Every penny worth it! Just finished our 3 days tour. Everything from our pick ups to dropping us to our guest house, to dropping us to our final destination was all painless. We were mesmerized with the scenic beauty of highland. What made our trip most enjoyable was our driver Alan. He has wealth of knowledge of the Scottish history which he shared with us in most interesting way. He tried to show us all the overt and covert beauty of the island within a limited time. He is very friendly and caring person with an amzing ability to keep people entertained. I would highly recommend this tour.

Took the Stirling Castle/Loch Lomond Tour today and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our tour driver/guide, Stuart, went out of his way to provide us with a interesting commentary and all the details we required at each stopping point. He remained informative and cheerful from start to finish of the day, he even supplied apt musical intervals.
