Extremely disappointed in Time! Booked an appointment for my daughter on the day of her Quali. Only to turn up to be told the hairdresser she was booked in with didn't do hair ups and no one else was free to see her. The hairdresser said she can do curls so my daughter selected an image from google of basic waves with two sections up at the front. Most basic hair style. The hairdresser started curling my daughters hair with straighteners, not the look I was wanting. I asked can't you use tongs she replied I can't use tongs!
I said several times these curls won't stay in, they fell out by the time she had finished her hair. Once she was finished, I expressed I wasn't happy as this was an important day for her, and the style was a mess. Time just blamed the appointment book! My daughters friend had the exact same issue she was seen before my daughter. Both girls left so disappointed. By the time they got home they both looked like they had slept in it!
When I went into the salon to get my refund as was promised over the phone the attitude was shocking, rude and blaming the girls hair types and saying this keeps happening all the time, people booking in hair ups on a Monday when we can't do them. Her last words were "am not arguing with you, you got your money back!!" No apology for the total shocking service received.
Wanted to charge £25 originally for some curls!
I borrowed some tongs and done the girls hair myself, looked a million times better!! Than someone apparently trained by Charlie Miller.
Will not be returning!

A friendly salon which moved from the Saughton Area meaning the salon became larger. A great level of hairdressing expertise, always guaranteed to leave this salon happy!
