Time4Change Therapy provides a safe, confidential, collaborative and non-judgmental space to work through any mental health issues that are effecting your life. The services offered are Face to Face, Video Conferencing, Voice /Telephone Conferencing and Group Therapy. Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Attacks, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Social Anxiety, Phobias, Relationship Issues are just a few mental health issues that can be overcome with psychological tools.

Time4Change Therapy provides Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with an integrative approach and therefore draws upon other modalities of therapy including Mindfulness, Compassionate Focussed Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy tailoring sessions to your individual needs and goals.

I am a member the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), and Counsellor Member of Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA) and as such I adhere to a strict set of guidelines, Code of Ethics and practices.
