You will not find a more talented, customer focused jeweller than Tim. He was highly recommended to us by my colleague who had his own tale of how Tim had gone above and beyond with his rings so we thought it was worth going the distance to see Tim. I am so glad we did, Tim guided us through designs, showed us options once we had settled on a design. The final result was breath taking, I love my ring and my husband can’t stop smiling when he looks at it (I’d like to think it’s cause it reminds him of me but I think it’s more the actual ring�) Tim has such commitment to his customer service and a true passion to get the ring right for you. You won’t find that elsewhere so in my opinion it was well worth the trips to Dunoon to find our perfect rings. I can not recommend him enough and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Would like to say a special thanks to Tim for designing and making myself and my husband's wedding rings recently. We get lots of comments on them asking who made them for us! I especially appreciate the nice touch of making my husband a "work ring" that is very similar to his wedding band but one he feels more comfortable wearing at work so it doesn't get scratched too badly! We met you early 2015 at the Hampden Wedding Show and you gave us some great advice after looking at my engagement ring. We then met with you in the shop in summer 2015 to discuss designing our rings, you then sent us some images of what we discussed to see what we really liked. After we made a choice you then made up sample rings for us to wear and make sure we were 100% happy with the fit and design. The service you gave us was outstanding and was more than we ever expected. You also gave us prices for our rings in 2015 and held the price for us when we made the purchase in 2017. We have recommended you and will continue to recommend you to everyone. Thank you again for everything you have done for us. ��

We met Tim at a wedding show prior to our wedding. From our first conversation, we found Tim to be a true professional with a very genuine manner. We discussed our preferences for our wedding bands and he seemed passionate to create the products we were looking for. We wished to use old gold from a family member's ring and create a modern style band with the original gold. We made a visit to Dunoon to discuss things in more detail and Tim sent us pictures of the ring throughout the process. Tim presented our rings in a box and cleaned my engagement ring on our final visit. We were very pleased with the service he provided. We felt like he made a great effort to make everything perfect for us and we are very thankful to him for this. We would highly recommend this business to anyone requiring custom made jewellery.

Tim took my aunt's diamond ring and redesigned it into a contemporary style as my engagement ring. I love being able to wear her ring 'my way '. Thanks Tim.

Picked our rings up today and they are amazing!! The customer service from Tim has been outstanding from the 1st time we met and continued throughout. He is a genuine guy, not just looking to earn a penny, but looking to put a smile on your face by providing you with a unique and tailored ring to suit you and your budget. Once again fantastic service from Tim, after making our wedding rings 2 years ago we took a trip back to Dunoon 2 weeks ago to buy my wife’s Eternity ring, Tim took the time to go thru design options and we ended up with a beautiful bespoke ring which my wife loves as it compliments her Engagement and Wedding ring perfectly, the price was also fantastic (but I’m keeping that bit from her).
