A FB memory popped up of the first cake I ever made in aid of Comic Relief back in 2011! I was very proud of it and those who tasted it, I believe are still alive and kicking 😂

Surprisingly it’s become a new favourite amongst some of my guinea pig taste testers 😱
What’s in it? Biscoff buttery biscuit base, brown sugar sponge, Biscoff spread filling with Biscoff buttercream and topped with a Biscoff biscuit!

I finally worked up the courage and held my first cupcake decorating party 🦁 I was fortunate to have a lovely group of 8 girls, aged between 6-10 years old ... and I survived to tell the tale!
Each girl got creative and made decorations for 5 cupcakes (inc girly faces, dogs, mermaid tails, hearts), applied the decor and used the sparkle station to glitter up their creations.

Cupcake boards are becoming popular, this customer ordered one for each of her twin girls 👧🧁👧🧁 #noneedtoshare

I don’t normally jump on the Valentine bandwagon but one of my prize winners decided to claim their cupcake winnings today.
Perhaps I should have left a reminder for my other half what day it is today 🤨

Cakes have taken up so much of any spare time I had in the last 5 years, it’s taken a while to adapt to having some free time.
As well as trying to make more extravagant cupcake displays and using friends as guinea pigs for some potential new cake ventures, I still have a few cake orders placed last year to keep me busy.
There was one design I never got asked for - a sloth cake so when I was asked to create a rainforest themed cake, I had to add a couple of sloths in there! ...
Reason for this is I’m off to volunteer at a Sloth Sanctuary in Costa Rica later this year 😬🙈🤩! I never had the opportunity to have a gap year in my younger days so I guess you’re never too old 😂

Well that’s the last cake finished for the year and these are the last celebration cake photos which will be posted on my page.
I still have a few cake orders to fulfill next year but I will still be taking on cupcake orders. 😊

We have commissioned a number of cakes from Tina. Her cakes always have a creative edge, are technically well executed and astonishingly delicious. Having a Tina Ho birthday cake is now a well established family tradition. Tina's cupcakes are perfect little jewels that never make it to the next day in our house.

Tina produced a fantastic selection of beautiful girly cupcakes for my daughters 21st birthday. She was delighted and they were snapped up by friends and family - delicious!

I received a lovely cupcake bouquet for Mother's Day, the cakes looked utterly exquisite & tasted even better - I was a bit miffed at having to share them! Previously Tina has baked some delicious cupcakes for a baby shower I was throwing for a friend & I had even more of an issue giving them to the mum to be! Fantastic service & very good value for money, I can't wait for my next excuse to buy some more!

I needed 30 cupcakes with printed logos for a store opening. On very short notice Tina came through with 30 of the most delicious cupcakes I have ever eaten - mouthwatering flavours, fresh icing and scrumptious cake! The vanilla topping was proper vanilla! Beautifully presented in proper cupcake boxes (did not even know they existed!) tied up with string and little tags AND delivered - SO professional. I can highly recommend Tina if you are looking for superb quality!
