Tiso Perth Outdoor Experience

What a horrendous shopping experience. No thought has gone into the layout of this place. What a mess, loads of brands though, but all over the place. Good for gear, bikes and a coffee but shocking for everything else. Loads of staff hanging around, but they don't appear to be very pro-active. Unfortunately it's slim pickings for these types of shops in Perth which may explain why it's still busy.

Great store, high end gear, staff really helpful and tentative. I always complained at there retail price for boots. However got a pair fitted and found out I would have bought the wrong size. Good on ya Tiso.

Newly built outdoors store with a good range of kit. Unfortunately the one thing I wanted they didn't have and couldn't tell me when it was coming back into stock. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It's huge! A warehouse for outdoor pursuits. I stopped off here on my way into the Highlands & found absolutely everything I needed (that I'd forgotten to bring with me). Reasonably priced too.

Great range of outdoor goods from hillwalking and running to cycling and kayaking. The staff are friendly and approachable. They were pretty knowledgeable about different outdoor sports and have given good advice anytime asked. The cafe part is a nice addition and the kids activity area is a brilliant place yo entertain even the very young whiles us big kids shop.

I've found a good culture in this store since it opened. Staff are great here. On my latest visit Mike was really helpful with advice on fleeces as was Des when I bought new shoes. It is nice to see long-standing, familiar staff.

The bike pump next to the bike park is a nice touch - small but so appreciated.

The Fit for food cafe (table service) is convenient since Tiso is out of town. It is a useful place to meet people going past on the A9. Tiso Tots soft play is next to the cafe. It is on three levels: £4 4-8yrs/hour, £3 under 3 and £1 non walking.

Lots of outdoor clothing and gear to be had and normally some good sales. The best bit is the cafe - it's a bit noisy at times but the food is great.

Really knowledgeable and helpful staff as many as I believe they are also practising rs and know what they are talking about! Upstairs, the café is very good too.

Great Scottish store, for all things out door who know their customers and excellent informative staff. May not be the cheapest store of its kind, but is the best.

Well-stocked outdoor superstore covering outdoor, alpine, bikes and backpacking. Standard range of brands with a broad bit not deep range.
Boot-fitting expertise is a highlight. Helpful in the extreme.

Soft play area and a cafe round out the offering.
