Tkm provides consultancy and training services across the UK, primarily in data protection, working with all types of organisations in a range of sectors. Tkm's training portfolio includes certificated courses and data protection qualifications, with Tkm approved to deliver the BCS practitioner and foundation level data protection qualifications. Tkm's own qualifications are certificated and quality assured by the SQA, one of the UK's qualifications regulators. Customised in house training services are also available. Consultancy services include the provision of Data Protection Officer (DPO) as a service and support to help manage data protection compliance. Other services to help with information-related legislation include assistance with FOI and EIRs requests, and with records management plans for those subject to the Public Records (Scotland) Act. Tkm has recently been developing a short audit course as part of a new training portfolio in collaboration with For Your Info and further information on the portfolio and the collaboration will be published soon. In addition to working in information governance, Tkm continues to work with the hospitality sector providing legally required training such as alcohol licensing and food hygiene.
