Our mobile workshops and spraybooths enable us to carry out repairs on site, at your home or place of work.

We have recently opened our new powdercoating workshop in Bonnyrigg nr Edinburgh which also boasts our state of the art CNC lathe giving us the ability to refurbish diamond cut wheels.

Diamond cut wheels are refurbished in the same way as standard painted wheels, they will be stripped of all their paint and lacquer, the wheels will then be steam cleaned to provide a clean and fully degreased surface ready for the paint primer to be applied. The wheels are then painted in the selected colour and oven cured. The next part of the process differs from the standard painted wheel as the wheel now has to be mounted on a CNC lathe so the the face of the wheel can be machined to get the diamond cut finish. Once the wheel has been machined it is then cleaned so it is ready for the lacquer to be applied. Once the wheel has been lacquered it is then recured. Once the curing process is complete the tyres are refitted and the wheel is balanced.
