The Chinese lady in No2 is extremely rude. Ask me to take the pictures for 3 times! Every time I have to go out and find different place to take the visa picture. I never had problems with taking the vias application pictures, only she gave me a lot of difficulties. I believe she mainly rise problems with female customers but never with male customers. As my husband's case went through so easily, and we took picture in the same place. I believe not only me who gave the review has problems with her. If the TLScontract team has come cross to this review, could you please give a thought about this. The other 2 staff(No 1 and No3) are very helpful.

This is the best visa application centre I have ever been to. Absolutely fantastic and amazing. The lady at Counter 1 is extremely helpful and amable. I highly recommend people should come here for their Schengen visas.

I guess this the only visa application centre where you can find fast, friendly and patient service. This is my second time to apply a French visa. And the same Chinese lady in first counter helped me to print out my forms cause I made mistakes. And she found that my insurance did not cover my whole trip. My friend was so careless.And I don't know how to buy one. She initially offered help and went through almost the whole online purchase with me. I like this visa office. Everyone works very fast. Since I don't need to do finger prints again, I only spent about 15 minutes there. Highly recommend!

The Chinese lady who received me was extremely rude and unhelpful. She tried to dismiss me quickly when I asked for more details regarding the papers I needed to provide and/or change.

When I came inside the office, it was very bright clean and quiet. I was the only applicant. And I had very happy experience with the Chinese lady. She pointed out my mistakes on my form and helped me print out new one. I gave her all my documents. She said that they would mail my application to London on the same day. I will definitely recommend this centre to my friends.

Me and my friend came to apply today. We were greeted by friendly smiles. The lady is so nice and answered all our questions. There are only 4 applicants at the present. The office is so quiet. The whole process only took 30 minutes cause we did not wait at all. We are very satisfied.
