Being accused of a crime is undoubtedly one of the most stressful and distressing experiences anyone is likely to face. When this happened to me I was recommended, by a policeman indeed, to contact Paul Lynch which I duly did. Because of the complexities of the allegations levelled against me both Paul Lynch and Rhona Lynch were involved in my defence. Paul and Rhona worked tirelessly on my behalf. Their knowledge of the legal complexities, professionalism and problem-solving skill is nothing short of outstanding. Working as a team they left no stone unturned and their resulting synergy was ultimately successful on my behalf when a verdict of not guilty (in fact ‘no case to answer’) was achieved. My daughter was involved in a Road Traffic incident 2 hours after passing her test, She was given a fixed penalty and 3 points from two experience traffic officers who could have used their wealth of experience to give guidance and advice to a new driver.
