Toetoheal Reflexology

Reflexology offers a gentle non-invasive therapy applied to the feet or hands and is suitable for people of all ages, male or female. It may help with many conditions including Allergies; Arthritis; Back, neck and shoulder pain; Chronic sinus problems, Digestive disturbances (including IBS); Fertility problems; Insomnia; Menopausal symptoms; Migraines; PMS, to name but a few. It is also reputed to reduce stress and tension, improve circulation, relieve pain, speed recovery from surgery and stimulate the immune system. I gained a Diploma in Reflexology in 2002, and augmented this with a Practitioners Diploma in 2010 from the IIR (International Institute of Reflexology) , which is a worldwide teaching school of reflexology. My qualification includes anatomy and physiology, and Emergency First Aid. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and am on the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). Toetoheal Reflexology offer treatments in the workplace, at a dedicated treatment room at my home (Silverknowes) and also run a clinic at Medicalternative, Hawthornbank Lane, Edinburgh
