My name is Finlay and I am owner and coach at Tone Edinburgh. I pride myself on my professionalism and the friendly team atmosphere we have created. We are the Group Fitness Specialist!

Tone Edinburgh isn't my hobby, it is my profession and lifelong passion.

I have always loved exercise and sport and always trained hard personally and loved helping others. I took this combination into the world of work as a teenager, getting a job in my local gym. At 20 I joined the RAF as a Physical Training Instructor. I job I loved and did full time for over 7 years, I am lucky enough to continue to do this job now as a Reservist.

I have worked for a number of fitness companies, over the years and have a wealth of experience in this industry, teaching exercise from the mountains of Japan to the Desert of Afghanistan!

I am now focused on the next chapter in my life, taking my experience and skills and offering top notch group fitness classes in Edinburgh! Allowing everyone to find, or build on, their passion for exercise, health and fitness!

My focus is on encouragement and a friendly inclusive atmosphere. When you enjoy something and the company you are in, I feel you are much more likely to stick at it and work harder!
