Been into the academy to get my hair done and I love it. The trainers were fantastic really helpful and passionate! The girl doing my hair was really good I'm so happy with it. They listened to everything I said. I will be back to get my hair done again from them!

As it's trainees you have to be patient as it takes time for the teachers to explain each part.

Bought a volume set from here and used the shampoo and conditioner and I have never had healthier looking hair! Was really expensive but completely worth it. I would recommend it to anyone! X

Had the worst experience here yesterday with a trainee. Clearly if you tell a trainee that you want AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE cut off from the hair you've been growing healthily for 6 months, they interpret that direction as to cut off all of your hair. My hair has never been shorter or uglier, the layers that were cut (which I didn't ask for) look ridiculous both curly and straight and I have never been more pissed off about my hair. Thank you for ruining my long hair and going completely scissor happy, you should learn to listen to what the clients ask for. I understand it was a trainee hair cut and appreciate that it was free, but we agreed on the length of hair that was to be cut off and it was quadrupled.
