Our 1st visit here - grandparents, myself and my 3 year old .



We grabbed the pesto meal menu as it was a Monday lunch . Food was really good and cocktails was the best I had in years .



Staff were great at interacting with my 3 year . Kids menu is better then most I have seen , she loved the crispy chicken breast and ice cream to follow



I agree with one other review that said the main course are really too big , I took a dog bag home for my 3 year old .



While the staff were slow at taking our drinks order and coffee order , they were on the ball with the food and seating us



In short we would go back again

The lady that delivered was very polite and helpful and left us with a menu as never had one delivered in my area

We were seated quickly, our drinks order taken promptly & our food order shortly after. We shared the arancini it was lovely, main courses were mac & cheese & my husband had the chicken with mushroom sauce & rice both were nicely presented & lovely & hot. Will both be back soon.

Had my birthday meal there yesterday, there were six of us, greeted very well seated very well, offered drinks very quickly, we all had different meals, which all of us enjoyed, would defo go back.

Booked ahead, glad I did place jumping.

Ordered pizza and it came out piping hot but not cut!! Ask for it to be cut and get thrown a steak knife to do it myself !!

Staff run off their feet clearing tables getting new customers in.

Desserts are big eyes bigger than belly 👀👀

Will return but will insist that chef cuts my pizza properly not me with steak knife

Not fantastic actually. Very average. My friends enjoyed their meals but my lasagne was bland at best. I make much better myself. The waiting staff repeatedly took the drinks to the wrong table also. Won’t rush back.

I've always thought Tony Macaroni was great but after having to go gluten free I was pretty disappointed to be told they don't have a GF menu or anything on the menu that is GF. I was even told jokingly to go to another restaurant which is pretty poor. GF pasta isn't really hard to come by these days so I don't know why they don't offer anything. Chiquitos has a good GF selection in the same retail park.

Sorry, but your main meal and dessert portion sizes are just way too big!! Strange as it sounds, actually puts me off visiting again.

Arrived Sunday late lunch at Dunfermline. Got table immediately but they obviously forgot they had seated us. Eventually a girl came to take our order. Drinks ordered along with starter and main from the Sunday special menu.

Starters arrived fairly quick but still no drinks; they finally arrived half way through the starter.

Chicken wings ok but had better. Too much rocket salad with the bruschetta. Hubby ordered calzone and I had lasagne. My portion looked like a kids portion was ok but nothing startling. Hubby calzone was seriously overdone to the point that he couldn't cut it with a steak knife. Waitress brought him another knife. Chainsaw would have been better. She never asked if he wanted it replaced just laughed and walked away.

Only good thing was the dessert.

Most probably won't be back

My chicken burgers bun was burnt, and the brownies in the hot chocolate brownie sundae were brick hard and the sauce wasn’t even warm!!! Felt that where we were sat the staff pretty much forgotten about us. Overall, didn’t really enjoy the meal and probably won’t be back.

What a disappointment! I recommended this place to my friend, and at the time of making my table booking on line, I advised them that my friend is gluten intolerant. When we got there, we asked the waitress to point out the GF items. She brought back a folder which had ticks next to every item showing that, apart from a risotto and a pasta dish, everything had gluten in it. Very poor, especially when I gave plenty notice. Unfortunately, we'd already received our drinks, so paid for those and left. Shame, because I normally quite like it here, but poor customer service has put me off going back.

Went to your restaurant in Dunfermline today as I was gifted vouchers at xmas. Very disappointed to be told the presto midweek deal was not on! It was not coming back until next week. Why, I don't know!

Food was good, waitress very nice. Bill came to £33 something. I handed my £40 gift voucher over, only to be told they could not give me change, I assumed she meant cash, so I said that's fine just give it to me in vouchers, I was then told that they couldn't do that either!! I asked was there something quick I could take away to the value of the change, to which I got a shrug of the shoulders! I left very unhappy, with no explanation as to why or any apologies. I will not be back.

I fail to understand why I could not receive my change in one way or another. My friend spent £40 on the vouchers so surely I should have received change in one way or another. Very unprofessional and I will tell friends and family the same.

Stop parking your delivery cars in the Starbucks car park in Dunfermline. Nobody can get park because you have about 10 cars parked in the car park, you have a delivery bay outside your franchise for a reason!

Absolute disgrace I will be telling my friends and family to stay clear !!



12 friends of our Panto group went for a meal here before going to rehearsals.

6 or more of us who had chicken where so iii and I contact the restaurant and I am told they will look into my complaint.



I did not take to face book or papers to slate them.

I give them a chance to look into the matter



I am told that we must have had a bug ... really!! �



This group of friends have only met up in the same place at this restaurant.

It was only the folk who ate chicken that got so iii.



£200+ bill to be iii is a complete joke.



They don’t take food poisoning seriously

Beware and think twice before eating here !!

On arrival we were sat directly under the aircon system blowing cold air or so we thought. Got moved to an even colder part of restaurant only to be given a blow heater and told the heating was broken. I booked in advance you could have said on the phone and given us the option whether or not to travel the distance to you. My nephew and I ordered chicken in breadcrumbs. My was so over cooked the chicken was like cardboard and I risked damaging teeth trying to eat it. I sent mine back completely disappointed. My nephew ate the middle pieces of his but by shredding it as the outside he couldnt get his knife thru.

On paying I made my views clear to your senior member of staff on but not much notice given. My meal that I didnt eat was taken off the cost and rightly so. Very disappointed Toni Macaroni Dunfermline and hopefully you respond to this post.

I went there today for lunch got seated straight away up stairs handed a menu then he left us still sitting there 20 mins later still not ask us what we wanted to drink or ready to order and to top it off 3 girls came in 10 mins after us and got drinks all most rgt away every time we seen a waiter they walked by us amd were more intrested in sorting table than serving the coustomer disgusting service wont be back and will tell all my friends about this poor service

I have never ordered from this restuarant online or inside, so tonight we fancied a change, well not a first good impression, decided to order online and noticed £1 pizza with first online order but doesn't tell you how, so I called them up to be told the code I need to enter which did not work, so ordered food online and wrote a note to say collection and expect the pizza for £1 along with other orders. Minutes later a very rude male contacted us saying staff don't give out codes over phone and explained only on first order, which it was but no explanation to why we can't have this offer, so we cancelled order, great impression, can you imagine sitting in this restuarant and found a hair in your food, wow dare you complain, certainly won't be ordering ever.
