5 years ago today I took the first step in fullfilling my life long dream when I opened the doors of Toni's pizzeria.
These five years have been a rollarcoaster of a ride full of highs and lows. It has exceeded all of my expectations thanks to you guys.
... I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for your on going support, my staff and all of my family and friends as without all of you we would not be where we are today.

Very tasty spicy chicken pizza and the staff seemed a nice bunch.

Superb. I got a pizza and sat in roukenglen park, stuffing my face with it . Pizza in the park . Was lovely thanks

Ordered the bruchetta and the chicken Alfredo pasta. Arrived within 45 mins. Fresh and hot. Extremely tasty. Couldn't finish the pasta as really full. Will definitely order from here again.

Ordered a few months ago & it was cold. However, we ordered last night & they compensated us for our last order. It was fresh, warm & delicious. We will definitely order again now!

Loved my vegan pizza, can't wait for my next one. Great service too from really helpful shop and delivery staff. Thank you

When a takeaway, or restaurant cancels your order after 20 mins without calling to apologise or to ask if you want to change something on your order, that would be 1 star patter. 1 star.

I order from Toni's Pizzeria every week & have been a loyal customer of this eaterie, going back to the days of Italmania!



Last night I phoned my order & whilst it arrived prompt, items were missing from the delivery & the food was nothing more than tepid. I phoned to ask why items were missing & I was told they would send them along to me. I then got a phone call saying as the delivery driver gave me £1 off the order for the missing items then they would have to charge me again for these. I explained that I order from them every week & that it wasn't the level of customer service I would expect from a reputable & popular place but the young girl on the phone couldn't care less! Extremely disappointed & surprised that retaining loyal customers isn't important!

So disappointed. I ordered a delivery at 7pm. Phoned at 8pm to check to see when I could expect to receive my food and was told my pizza was in the oven and it would be leaving the shop very soon and would be with me shortly (I live 5/10 mins drive from Toni's). I phoned back at 8.45pm to check again and was told my order had just left the shop a few minutes ago... I don't understand how it can be in the oven and take 40 mins to leave the shop? How can it take so long from me placing my order to it leaving the shop? I get you're busy but I received my food over 2 hours after I ordered. It was cold and the pollo Fritos was bone dry. I'm so disappointed. Is this normal and do you think that acceptable? I was told that it was what to expect on a Saturday night... Seriously? 2 hours and cold food? That's what to expect? I just won't bother next time.

What to say...currently sitting in the place awaiting for the food I ordered online over half an hour ago. When I arrive I wait about for 5 minutes after saying I'm here to collect my order, only to be told that half of my order has been 'sent out on a delivery by accident', and they are having to remake it. So not only is the wait frustrating, but I also have to accept an overlooked pizza that has been left in the oven whilst the other half is remade. Now had this been the first time that there had been a mishap then I would be forgiving...mistakes happen etc. However, only a few weeks ago I had placed an order to collect, only to find that upon arrival to collect that I it had been cancelled. Was there a phone call...nope...

The food is good in here, arguably one of the best takeaway pizzas around. However, service is shockingly awful. For a place with so many staff, it really is organised chaos. If your after a good pizza, then this place is too notch, but be aware, in three times of ordering from here, they have failed to deliver on two occasions. Such a shame that great food is being ruined by such poor organisation and terrible service....

Waited almost an hour to have the wrong pizza delivered and another hour to have it rectified. Might have been more understanding if they'd shown some customer service and offered some money back or thrown in a complimentary starter. Happened too many times now so will find somewhere new.

Waited 2 hours for a pizza- delivery time estimate completely wrong. Phoned to check on pizza and was left on hold and forgotten about so had to call back and was told the pizza was out for deliver. We live 10 minutes away and it was nearer half an hour more- which would make sense seeing as the pizza was lukewarm. Underside was burnt. Very disappointing for a 20 quid pizza.

Very poor customer service - although we stay a 15-minute walk away from the shop, waited on the delivery for a full hour only to call and be told that it will ‘hopefully’ be with us in another hour! Cancelled the order as nothing was offered to remedy the situation. Your product comes second after your customer service, Team Toni. Although we used to be regular customers, I doubt we will be back.

Placed an order at 18:44 was told about an hour said ok called them at 20:09 they couldn’t find the order told me they will do it now and it would b round in “about half an hour “ told them to forget the order absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered via just eat, expected the order within an hour. Eventually received lukewarm pizza nearly two and a half hours later! App said pizza had been delivered but after phone call to us to say they had no smoked sausage we discovered it hadn't even been made yet. After them telling just eat staff that it was out for delivery we got 2 cold Pepperoni pizzas with only 3 or 4 pieces of pepperoni on each and overpoweringly salty, chunky chips were lukewarm and far from chunky and garlic bread was rock hard.

Ordered a chicken caesar salad piada, which is usually made with pizza dough this time i got a thin, burnt wrap? and they did not put in the cherry tomatoes which is the best bit, very disappointed. If I wanted a wrap, I would of asked for one !!

Made the mistake of ordering from Toni's for the third time. Previously we'd waited over 2 hours for our delivery and on one occasion we called to see where it was after an hour had passed only to be told they had cancelled it as they were too busy. We gave them the benefit of the doubt as this had happened on weekends. We ordered tonight, Tuesday, how busy can they be? Food arrived after 90 mins cold. Terrible customer service, no explanation or apologies when we've called to see where are order is.....its usually just going in the oven or just leaving with the driver. Will avoid in future
