Usually use screwfix but popped in on my friends recommendation, staff were helpful and polite, I had to return some things and again this was dealt with quickly and professionally

Handy for picking up bits and pieces. Better service and prices than screwfix and you can get a free cup of tea / coffee / hot chocolate / soup. Unfortunately let down by their silverline range which you're lucky to get one use out of, in this respect screwfix titan range is a lot better value.
