Toolstation Kirkaldy

Delighted when Kirkcaldy store opened saving on travel to Dundee for items I didn't wish to wait for to be delivered. I shop between Toolstation and it's Kingfisher competitor as I suspect most people will do. The staff in Kirkcaldy are friendly, helpful and efficient and I have had more good experiences than bad - the only 1 bad being stock being put in the wrong place so not readily available at the time of purchase (picking). An error made by a human resulting in waste but this I must stress has only happened on one occasion. Parking is a little restricted but doesn't present any issues, store is clean and tidy with a complimentary hot drink while you wait for your goods to be picked. Good stock availability with competitive pricing. Depending on what you are buying - I highly recommend.

Service was great, had items I was looking for in store, went a detail about the product and if there was cheaper alternatives.
