Will definitely be buying my tools and accessories from these guys again after the service I received... ordered two dewalt batterys got told ide get em next day, text when they'd been dispatched and text the next day an hour before they arrived, what more can you ask for? I was out when it got delivered the next day and the couriers they use added to the service by delivering it to my front room so my misses didn't have to carry it. I have got a lot of tools on Toolstop and had no problem a great experience in fact until I bought a 54v Dewalt chainsaw and was on offer with a free battery at the time 10 emails five phone calls and still no battery have to say I am very disappointed and would have bought a lot more off them but I can't stand a company that sells one thing and the customer gets half of what they paid for in full

Recently ordered a few things online which were delivered on time and in good order. Problems started when I received a text from my bank about unusual activity on my card. Phoned to sort the issue out and learned that toolstop had tried to take payment again. Sort it out folks.

Worst place to buy tools for home delivery�. Paid for Saturday delivery for tools I desperately need for Monday, been indoors since morning expecting doorbell to ring and it’s 1800hrs. It never shows up, no email or text to inform me.

We ordered some ladders on Monday Morning on the assurance they would be delivered by the end of the week, having chased the order, we were informed it would be the Following Monday before they would arrive, so we cancelled only to be charged £18 for crap service, will never use again,

My girlfriend bought me a triton drill and impact driver set for Christmas I used it once and the drill stoped working

I contact toolstop and was told to send it back to them

I booked a courier and it was delivered back to them the next day I was told that triton collect and repair it and send it back after a couple of weeks and a few emails I hadn't heard anything from them so I telephoned to be told that triton hadn't collected yet and could I wait another week and toolstop will contact me

More emails no phone call so I rung and was told that there not dealing with them cos after 6 weeks they hadn't collected my drill and that I should return the other items which I did toolstop collected a couple of days later and was told that when they received the items I will get a refund

After a week and no communication I received a parcel

It was the repaired drill grrrrrrr

Rung toolstop and they said it was sent to me by mistake it was no good to me as I've already sent the driver battery bag back so the lady said that triton/ toolstream would collect it drill still sitting here

My girlfriend rung them on Thursday last week about the refund and she was told that no refund until the package was returned Tuesday today parcel still here

I have bought many items from toolstop but the returns service is dreadful 2 months plus and I still can't continue with my hobby making log clocks I'm also disabled and I'm getting very frustrated that I can't my refund

Easy to buy but when things go wrong it's a nightmare they got your money then there interest is no more

Very upset and disappointed had no apologies or phone calls so buyers beware when things go wrong don't stop at toolstop just drive on bye

Less than satisfied I've bought from you many times before but now after spending £700 PLUS ON TOOLS ive waited in for them on next day delivery and then they didn't turn up now I had to take the following day off to receive damaged goods.

I arranged a return and was told they would be picked up on Monday as they don't come on a weekend but alas Monday came and oh look even after several calls to toolstop know one from the courier company showed.

So this is now going to be my fourth day off work with no earnings waiting yet again for my returned collection to be made leaving me frustrated and angry as I will now not only have to wait another POSSIBLY! 2 Days for another delivery and hope that they are in one piece but loose more wages in the process. ���



Should of just gone with ITS

I bought some new safety boots (Dr Martin) from this company at Christmas time, i used them for three weeks and the lining started having holes in and could barely get the boots off my feet so contacted Toolstop and they said i had to send them back to be assessed, of which i said i wouldn't be able to work on site without them, they siad it would only take a couple of days.... I sent the boots back, heard nothing until i chased it up almost two weeks later, which they finally refunded me, no gesture of goodwill or anything for loss of earnings due to their mess up. Wouldnt advise to buy from this company, poor customer service...

Bought a nail gun from these two years ago the charger stopped working after 3 weeks ,rang them up as I'm only 25 miles away expecting to be told bring it back and we will change it , no I had to contact the manufacturer direct as this was there policy at the time ! I rang the manufacturer and was told it had to be sent of to be tested and could take weeks !!!!! Great when your self employed (not) bought one of eBay got it 24 hrs later . Toolstop never again

Will shop again! Got it delivered to my door.

I have got a lot of tools on Toolstop and had no problem a great experience in fact until I bought a 54v Dewalt chainsaw and was on offer with a free battery at the time 10 emails five phone calls and still no battery have to say I am very disappointed and would have bought a lot more off them but I can't stand a company that sells one thing and the customer gets half of what they paid for in full

Recently ordered a few things online which were delivered on time and in good order. Problems started when I received a text from my bank about unusual activity on my card. Phoned to sort the issue out and learned that toolstop had tried to take payment again. Sort it out folks.

i enjoyed most videos on here untill i watched a idiot picking on a kid apprentice who looked nervous as hell to ridicule a lad who wants to learn a trade is not funny it just shows who actually these people who think they no everything but really are general labourers who have actually picked up the skills to then rip the piss out of kids trying to get on in life after this is posted i will be deleteing this site as it should be called Tools .For the trades men who condone this as a bit of banter that kid will have that shit shared by thousands of other brain dead morons who aint got a clue in life.

didnt want to use toolstop again after i purchased an item and didnt receive it for weeks only to find out they were out of stock without letting know. just used them again as i had no choice for a tool and i havent recieved it yet even though i received an email telling me it would be delivered thurday. utter bellends

Worst place to buy tools for home delivery�. Paid for Saturday delivery for tools I desperately need for Monday, been indoors since morning expecting doorbell to ring and it’s 1800hrs. It never shows up, no email or text to inform me.

We ordered some ladders on Monday Morning on the assurance they would be delivered by the end of the week, having chased the order, we were informed it would be the Following Monday before they would arrive, so we cancelled only to be charged £18 for crap service, will never use again,

Buyers beware

Used to use them for quite a few tools. Messed me about with a order and the customer service skills and the way they speak to customers on the phone is terrible. Won't be using them again. Shame really

U need to change ur delivery people apc are shit they cant even get there driver to give u a ring when there close . Then u have to travel from oldham to Rochdale to collect ur items piss take

My girlfriend bought me a triton drill and impact driver set for Christmas I used it once and the drill stoped working

I contact toolstop and was told to send it back to them

I booked a courier and it was delivered back to them the next day I was told that triton collect and repair it and send it back after a couple of weeks and a few emails I hadn't heard anything from them so I telephoned to be told that triton hadn't collected yet and could I wait another week and toolstop will contact me

More emails no phone call so I rung and was told that there not dealing with them cos after 6 weeks they hadn't collected my drill and that I should return the other items which I did toolstop collected a couple of days later and was told that when they received the items I will get a refund

After a week and no communication I received a parcel

It was the repaired drill grrrrrrr

Rung toolstop and they said it was sent to me by mistake it was no good to me as I've already sent the driver battery bag back so the lady said that triton/ toolstream would collect it drill still sitting here

My girlfriend rung them on Thursday last week about the refund and she was told that no refund until the package was returned Tuesday today parcel still here

I have bought many items from toolstop but the returns service is dreadful 2 months plus and I still can't continue with my hobby making log clocks I'm also disabled and I'm getting very frustrated that I can't my refund

Easy to buy but when things go wrong it's a nightmare they got your money then there interest is no more

Very upset and disappointed had no apologies or phone calls so buyers beware when things go wrong don't stop at toolstop just drive on bye

Less than satisfied I've bought from you many times before but now after spending £700 PLUS ON TOOLS ive waited in for them on next day delivery and then they didn't turn up now I had to take the following day off to receive damaged goods.

I arranged a return and was told they would be picked up on Monday as they don't come on a weekend but alas Monday came and oh look even after several calls to toolstop know one from the courier company showed.

So this is now going to be my fourth day off work with no earnings waiting yet again for my returned collection to be made leaving me frustrated and angry as I will now not only have to wait another POSSIBLY! 2 Days for another delivery and hope that they are in one piece but loose more wages in the process. ���



Should of just gone with ITS

I bought some new safety boots (Dr Martin) from this company at Christmas time, i used them for three weeks and the lining started having holes in and could barely get the boots off my feet so contacted Toolstop and they said i had to send them back to be assessed, of which i said i wouldn't be able to work on site without them, they siad it would only take a couple of days.... I sent the boots back, heard nothing until i chased it up almost two weeks later, which they finally refunded me, no gesture of goodwill or anything for loss of earnings due to their mess up. Wouldnt advise to buy from this company, poor customer service...

Bought a nail gun from these two years ago the charger stopped working after 3 weeks ,rang them up as I'm only 25 miles away expecting to be told bring it back and we will change it , no I had to contact the manufacturer direct as this was there policy at the time ! I rang the manufacturer and was told it had to be sent of to be tested and could take weeks !!!!! Great when your self employed (not) bought one of eBay got it 24 hrs later . Toolstop never again
