Wow talk about amazing food, I let my wife decide what to eat as I struggled to pick one thing, well we ended up with several plates all amazing. Great service as well. 2 Thumbs up.
Went in by chance and we were absolutely delighted. The service was great and the food was brilliant. Will definitely be back
We were unsure where to go for an evening bite, having only arrived in Edinburgh we decided to take a walk and look out for places we had been told about. On our journey we spotted a sign saying Tacos and Tequila, our attention was caught, a quick look through a menu and we knew we had found our place. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and managed to fit us in after a short wait at the bar. The food was beautiful. An amazing find. Thank you. Will definitely be popping in again when we are back in town �
We are visiting Edinburgh and had seen good reviews about this place and thought we'd give it a go for our meal on our first evening we are SO glad we did!
Staff were welcoming and friendly, sat us down at our table and the atmosphere was great (very busy for a Wednesday evening too!). We ordered 2 of the mixed margaritas which were great value for money and were huge. Then the waitress came over and explained how the menu worked and gave us a suggest as to how many plates we should order. We ended up ordering 6 between the 2 of us and they were all fabulous - I'd recommend the jalapeño poppers and the beef tostada!! We enjoyed the churros for dessert which were heavenly.
Definitely will come back again when we are next back in Edinburgh. Thanks guys!
Visited here yesterday to celebrate my husbands birthday. Food is fantastic, and good value for money. We tried a variety of dishes and finished with the churros for dessert. Great frozen margheritas and the staff are so friendly. Will visit again :)
Popped in for food before the Tattoo. Really friendly staff, the food was all tasty, and I like that it comes as it's made so just are you're finishing, something else arrives meaning all your food is piping hot!
Churros should be illegal they were so good!
Popped in for early dinner before a concert. Was a bit worried as my daughter doesn't really do spicy - but the food was fabulous. V helpful waiting staff and a varied menu. Thoroughly recommend the honey pineapple dessert - delicious. We'll be back!
Let's have some balance here! We went in for a pre- concert drink and decided to eat there. .. the waiting staff were fantastic! The food was hot well presented and tasted wonderful! Great service lovely staff and a really good price! Defo go back there again next time we're in EmBro! !!
Great food for those who love Mexican and a bit spice. I’d say go for something from every section. There was two of us and 6 dishes was perfect. Great cocktails too!
First time visit manager fitted us in if we could keep to an hour we ordered 10 dishes between 4 loads of food was not all served at same time which is understandable re table size but would really have liked salsa and sour cream inc in price
We thought £70 approx inc cocktails beer and soft drink very reasonable
Staff checked in regularly despite it being busy
Cant wait to go back top tip coleslaw is way too hot ! Recommend the meat balls and cheese dip with nachos �
First time visit for our family and we will definitely be back. Great customer service, delicious food and fabulous frozen cocktails. A wee gem of a place that doesn't break the bank of mum and dad 😂🙄😂🙄
Excellent food and great service. We were served by Susana, who had great chat and was really good fun. It really makes a difference when you get a good server- would definitely return!

Can’t recommend this place enough! Probably the best Mexican food I’ve ever eaten, really authentic and just delicious. The prices as well, I’ve never seen prices so low for such quality food. Our waiter was extremely accommodating too. Food came out fast and the portions were well worth the money. Next time we come to
Edinburgh, we’ll definitely come back here to eat. Thank you to the chef and waiter �

Amazing food! Great atmosphere, all staff were fantastic. The best French martini I have ever had, in a nice large martini glass too.
Really nice food freshly prepared. Lights over the table are really low, watch your head when you stand up!
First visit,never really do Mexican food but this was some good food! 5 stars for the food! Service was exceptionally quick, quality was great and a very good price point. Good atmosphere too. Service maybe not so great though, reception on entry was great, our waitress was really not interested though! Asked advice on what to order but a serious lack of enthusiasm as well as the impression she didn’t really want to be at work. Asked for a clean glass which seemed to have really annoyed her. The other staff member we approached during our meal was great however.
The staff were all pleasant, the cocktails were nice but a bit smaller than expected. The food wasn't great, the prawn cocktail (which we didn't mean to order) wasn't very nice so we didn't eat it. The prawns in the garlic butter looked really good, however the prawns weren't de-veined which I find really off putting, so I could only eat a small part of the prawn, which makes it ridiculously expensive (£10) for two prawns when you can't even eat the whole thing. Are you meant to de-vein them yourself at the table? The fish tacos were quite nice though, the chips were decent and the tortilla chips and cheese dip were nice too. Don't think I'd come back as the bill ended up £60 and I don't think any of it was value for money.
