Fantastic service. Great price and great choice. I don't understand why this has got some negative reviews. I found them so helpful. They'd a brilliant choice of tiles. The staff were attentive and very helpful (and knowledgeble) and they had a great range of very reasonably priced tiles. The staff also brought all of my order out to my car and loaded it for me. You can also.return any unused full boxes of tiles. I really recommend this place so don't let the other reviews out you off.

Staff weren't very helpful and mis-informed me as to how much adhesive I would need for the tiles I bought, have to return to buy another tub.

Bought tiles from here, and to be fair the customer service was pretty good got what I needed and the lady was pretty useful at telling me what I need to do the job properly. Tiled and grouted the bathroom only to see the next day that 4 of the tiles were a slightly different colour to the rest but enough to.be clearly visible inna diffetnt light Went in to complain and was told to come back the next day to see the manager.

Celled in the next day and manager promptly arranged for somebody to come look at the job the next day. He came to look and said he would do the job at 5pm next day. 5:50 and he finally arrives. Smashes tiles out all over my.bath with no protection down and puts tiles in badly. I pointed out they were set badly and he tried to fix them then said I'll leave you a bag of grout so you can grout it! Had to try pull one of the tiles away from the wall to.match other tiles and he hadn't removed the old grout. Had to sweep up broken tiles from my bath and grout myself. I wish I'd done the job myself. Wish I could upload pictures.
