We fill ex-Bourbon American oak and a selection of European oak Port and Sherry casks with our new make spirit.
Each type of cask imparts a unique set of flavours to our spirit during maturation.

We went to have a look and took a tour around this beautiful distillery and we were not disappointed. The whole place is clean and tidy, the shop is beautiful, the building is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were wonderful. So friendly and so helpful. We will definitely be recommending any visitors to head down. It was a pleasure.

The staff was so warm and welcoming! A great place to get away from the crowds. The whiskey was so good we couldn’t decide, so we bought one of each!

My wife and I really enjoyed our intimate tour of the distillery this afternoon. Thanks to the team for accommodating us.

Knowledgable friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings. Although didn’t eat in the cafe the food looked delicious.

Although no cask Whiskey ready yet the blended taster we tried was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and wish you every success.
