Whilst training for the Great North Run I strained my right calf badly. I recall some running friends having used Lucy and so went to see her for some help. She worked on my right calf and broke down historic scarring which has been a god send. My left calf was over compensating whilst I recovered and so back to Lucy for all the help she could give me. Today I managed a 5km run with no pain for the first time in nearly 2 months, all thanks to Lucy. I would and will recommend her to anybody who will listen.

Suffered a rotator cuff injury last year and have just finished physio. Seen Lucy yesterday for a massage to help release the tension in my back and shoulders. All i can say is WOW... my shoulders and back have not felt so free of tension in a long while. Highly recommend you to go see Lucy to help with any muscular problems. Lucy's was brilliant at fixing me up both physically and mentally for the Edinburgh marathon. She figured out where all the problem points were, unknotted them and gave me stretches to keep me on track for race day. She also picked me up emotionally and completely understood how going from running nearly 40 miles a week to next to nothing through injury would mess with my head. Lucy also gave me the best advice for getting rid of the pre-marathon jitters. Can't recommend her highly enough!

I've been seeing her now for a couple of months due to running injuries and not only has she been able to keep me running, but she's also given exercises and stretches for me to do in order to prevent further injuries at home. She has an amazing knack of hitting the exact problem spot and working her magic to get you back going in no time! Her "bedside" manner is second to none! I've recommended her to a few running friends who are also equally impressed.

I sustained right leg pain whilst training for the half marathon! I rested for 6 weeks then my left leg started to play up! Ill prepared and in pain, I managed to get a last minute appt with Lucy the day before the race as a last resort, anticipating I may have to drop out. Lucy was fabulous! She pin pointed the exact problem areas pretty quickly and got to work! I'm convinced I couldn't have completed the race without her help! Will defo be back and highly recommend! Thank you!

Had two sessions already with Lucy. First one was a Sweedis massage, needed to release some tension in my body and it was really good. Even Lucy realised about an injury I had a few months ago without me telling her anything and she told me to treat it in a different session.

Second session was to treat the calf and she did an amazing job, even though she told me I was not going to feel any benefit after the session, I felt my calves much more relaxed right after the session and today tehy feel great!! :)
